Review summary

The cruise was alright overall, but for this kind of money, alright isn't good enough. Norwegian seems to get worse with each cruise. Time to try another line.

This one's tricky--the lower level staff were, for the most part, friendly and hard-working. But some middle managers are quite rude. When one couple told the restaurant manager that they were constantly being jostled when the staff walked by with huge trays of food he told them to go to another restaurant because it's bigger.

Maintenance doesn't seem to be much of a concern.

Tiny room, tiny bathroom, tiny balcony, with the delightful sounds of chairs and tables being dragged overhead every morning between 3:00 and 5:00 as the crew cleaned the deck.

Ship tip

Don't until they get a new Food and Beverage Manager, Hotel Manager, and Executive Chef.

If trying to provide a review for others to be able to use results in comments like this, then I'll stop. Of course I researched what was above us, below us, and on each side of us. How was I to know all of the deck furniture was dragged to the exact spot over our heads when they hosed off the deck? Please tell me how to research that. And as for being disappointed in the size of the cabin and balcony, the pictures looked VERY different. Other than being able to tour the ship before selecting a cabin, I'm not sure how to fix that. No good deed...

I agree with the other comments you chose what type of cabin you wanted u cannot blame them for the size of it & all the people that my husband & myself have spoken about their time away on a cruise have had all good experiences with Norwegian cruise line had no bad things to say about them we go away in May with them so we will not be put off with bad comments enjoy your next cruise with another company will it be any better we will see

Unless your cabin was a gift, you chose it. With as much information available, there is no excuse not to have the perfect cabin in the perfect location.
