Loved the suite and the itinerary but NCL needs to make improvements on their services otherwiase.

the dining staff in all the restaurants we dined in were horrible, including the specialty restaurants. They made mistakes, did not pay attention to orders, disappeared for long periods of time. At one point, one server left with my shipboard card to get beverages and didn't return for almost 30 minutes. When she did, she forget the wine glass, went to retrieve it and then returned keeping my card with her. I had to call after her to bring it back.

I'm giving this one 4 stars because we stayed in a suite and our cabin attendants, butler and concierge were excellent but I can't say that about the rest of the staff.
our conciege provided priority disembarkation otherwise we would have missed our water taxi. There are no formal announcements or lectures about disembarking for anyone not in a suite so many passengers carried their luggage off the ship thus creating chaos.
