Good ports and good food at all restaurants, need more variety of entertainment and music, bad disembark for tenders

Did not participate . Could not even go to pool, crazy that ship only has one pool for over 2000 people.

Ana and Lauralynn EXCELLENT in dining room, bad experience with man in customer service and woman at bar in piano lounge. Both were very rude and she was yelling she loved her job at my friends when they told her she was rude. Both were rude

Ship tip

Make sure you get off the ship at ports with everyone else whether you have an excursion or not. No one should wait hours to get off the ship just becuz they do not have an excursion. I have NEVER encountered this on any of my 15 cruises I have been on.
