Great poets, great entertainment, but ship was far too crowded and seating at buffet was next to impossible and the lack of professionalism in regard to the wait staff in the main dining room was incredible. We have been on 6 cruises through 2 different cruise lines Inclusive of NCL, and have had beyond wonderful experiences. However, we have no intentions of booking another with NCL.

The food in the specialty restaurants were amazing. The main dining room and buffets were acceptable, but there is much to be said about the accessibility to seating at the buffet and the wait staff In the main dining rooms.

This was our 2nd time with NCL and I was very disappointed in the professionalism of the staff in the main dining room. In fact, we didn'take advantage of the offer to book our next cruise with NCL as a result. The remainder of the staff in all other venues of the ship was outstanding, but in the main dining room, the staff was inattentive, untrained, and lack an over all sense of professionalism. My husband and I boooked this cruise for our 30th wedding anniversary and we both were just truly let down. We didn't make our feelings known, because we are not ones to complain, and we just accepted it for what it was, but what a huge disappointment!

The ship was older, It well kept. Wish it had a designated pool area for adults. Also, there was. O store for general amenities. There was a very small section of jewelry shop that had very minimal basic supplies. I forgot to pack my hair brush, and there was not a comb nor brush available for purchase.
