Review summary

Great staff, food and cleanliness. Schedule interrupted for maintenance which caused tax to be charged for drinks (even on drink package) when in port, casino closed when in port and no compensation was made. Roatan excursion arranged thru cruise line was not good and couldn't believe they would recommend it.

Would have been better to see ports coming and going if it occurred on schedule rather than night time.

Never have booked ship excursions as they can be almost three times the price!

FYI...Every ship closes the casino while in port. It is the agreement they have with the ports, or laws. And yes in port tax is usually added. Nothing the cruise line could do. You want them to compensate because the casino is closed? I hope you had a nice vacation anyway.
