Wonderful Cruise Experience

My wife and I were on 14 Nights cruise from Copenhagen to Norway from June 12th.-26th, 2015. The ship was very clean and the food in La Cuchina, the specialist Italian restaurant was most enjoyable. Food in common Market place restaurant was equally good and the variety to choose was plentiful. Fresh fruit juice and other items was equally good. The staff were extremely helpful and polite and they were always on hand to assist you, if one needed one.

The staff at the Attrium Guest reception were able to solve our problems with noise coming from above our room at night. I cannot thank enough to Fritzie Gail Rocabo, the Guest services  representative to listen to our concern and  changing our room. If I can choose one person from the guest services, she would get my vote.

Food and Dining
Extremely good quality food and wine.Plenty of choice to pick from and there were different theme foods from Scandanvians to Asian food etc., during the cruise
Service and Staff
Service staff were extremely helpful and they also ensured that everyone entering the restaurant cleansed their hands with the spray.
We did not find the Norwegian resident entertainment crew including the DJ Vibe very interesting and had to leave the theatre when they performed. But when there were guest performers, they were very good.
Onboard Activities
There were quite a lot of activities such as Trivia quiz games to white hot party entertainment etc. Quite good to keep one interested in what's on daily availability.
Destinations and Excursions
We choose NCl because it gives more choice of port of calls. NCL excursions are expensive but its one's choice to take it or leave it.
Ship Quality
Very clean ship. Staff seen cleaning and maintaining cleanliness all day. Nice to enjoy the ship and what it offers.
Embarkation and Disembarkation
As Platinum members, we were given prority but we hardly availed the opportunity. Both the above process were well managed and there were hardly any queues to worry about.
Cabin / Stateroom
Our cabin , as it goes was just enough for two people but it was clean and well prepared by our stateroom steward. He was very polite and soft spoken and willing to assist if we needed his assistance.
Unfortunately, our cabin was below the Gully, which they cleaned at night. We were moved to 10th. floor and the guest services gave us enough to compensate us for inconvenience. Nothing to complain about their hospitality but appreciate for the benefits provided.


Our cabin was below the Gully which they had to clean after all the restaurant were closed. After complaining about noise, which started anytime from 22.45hr till 1.30 am, we eventually moved to the cabin on the 10th. floor for the last five days remaining of our cruise. Thanks to Ms.F.G. ROCABO,
