Review summary
Embarcation was slow, disembarcation was ridiculously slow. Entertainment and cleanliness was excellent. There were plenty of venues to keep us entertained, and areas to sit back and relax. The food at the buffet was good as was our experience at the main dining rooms. We paid extra to dine at three specialty restuarants, The Ginza has a Japanese name but serves mediocre Chinese food. La Cucina had very good Italian food but very slow service.Le Bistro had great service but below average food. Save your money and eat in the main dining rooms. If you have to gamble, beware that the house take is as high as you will find any where in the world. This was our 10th cruise, the second on NCL, it was basically what we expected. We would cruise on NCL again, but prefer Royal Caribean or Holland America. We had a balcony stateroom. It was smaller than other cruise ships, but adequate. Our cabin steward 'Rusty' was very friendly and took very good care of us.

Ship tip
We had a strange humming noise that persisted for a afternoon and again the following morning. NCL gave us a bottle of wine and some chocolate covered strawberries. That was a nice touch.
