11-13-11 terrific cruise

Room Type: Balcony

The crew were constantly cleaning. Great cruise. Our 21-24 year old boys had a blast. Everyone on board was very nice.

Pros: ports of call

Cons: cafeteria food

Recommends Norwegian Star? Yes!

Cabin / Stateroom
Bed was hard. The crew tried to make it more comfortable, but could not. I have a bad back to begin with so....
Food and Dining
Specialty restaurants were the best, tappanyaki and endless summer. The cafeteria food was so-so. Other dining restaurants were great also
Service and Staff
very friendly, great staff
A lot of different activities, lots of fun
Ship Quality
Cozumel, Mexico
water was beautiful and people were very nice. You must bargain wth them for merchandise.
Don't Miss: drive around island.
Coxen Hole, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras
water and snorkel was beautiful
Belize City, Belize
Second time there and still did not care very much for this port. If you don't take an excursion there is nothing around the post to do
Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico
Loved Costa Maya. They have a free swim up bar at the port. My husband and I snorkeled right off the beach area, free with our own gear
Don't Miss: snorkeling and Senor Frogs
