The staff on the ship are very friendly and helpful. Almost every staff I have encountered all willing to take extra mile to help out. The house keeper for our cabin are very prompt and did excellent job. My kids loved towel animal they made very night.

Most restaurant food are good, however, we didn't have very good experience with Ginza -sushi, very slow, food lack of presentation.

lacking of high quality show, although ship director is very creative to make every event fun. It should have at least few high quality show (1.5 hr, instead 1 HR)
