Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
"FreeStyle Dining" ended up being defined as having the flexibility to dine in one of the two dining rooms, ordering room service, eating in the Market cafeteria, or at one small "specialty" cafe in casual clothing. If you choose to eat at any of the other specialty restaurants it can add an as much as $700 to the cost of your cruise for a family of 4.

Children's Programs

After registering our daughters (2&9) at the open house, our daughters would not go back. The staff did not engage with our kids during the open house, and the facility was not interesting to our kids.

Ports of call

Ketchikan, Alaska

Lots of fun walking through the cute town. Our kids enjoyed watching the jellyfish swarms at the port too!

Skagway, Alaska

Prince Rupert, British Columbia

Pick a cruise that doesn't stop here...what a waste! The downtown is skidrowish...only a couple of shops near the port that were interesting to look into...I wish we knew this before booking!

Juneau, Alaska

5 out of 5
Mendenhall Glacier, whale watching...and the cute city. Our stop there was way to brief! We should have skipped Prince Rupert, BC and stayed the night at Juneau

Pros: Ketchikan & Juneau

Cons: Prince Rupert, BC
