A wonderful cruise with some minor issue

Sail Date: June 30, 2007

Reviewed: 9 years ago

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Inside

- Was told a baby size life vest will be delivered to our room, it never happened.
- The safe deposite box was locked up before we occupied the state room, rendering it unusable. Called receiption desk, told some one will come to fix it, but it never happened.

Pros: The overall entertainment program, the cleaness of the state room, the stream-line process

Cons: Please see my review section for two points that I think can be improved

Recommends Norwegian Star? Yes!

Prince Rupert, British Columbia
The town is too small and not much to do there. Can we find a better twon?
Juneau, Alaska

Don't Miss: Glacier and Whale watching are great
