Bad service in communication overall from this cruise line. The ports made up for this.
Embarkation

Used them for our flights. They originally had us coming in early so we could enjoy the day in Port, but then changed our flight too in the evening. The flight was a charter and it was a huge mess at the airport. By the time we got onto the ship it was already 9 PM. They scheduled some cruisers even later, and because of this they delayed the beginning of the cruise. They also cost us half a day in our first port, and canceled our first excursion.

Entertainment

The first night they had a Polynesian revue which was much appreciated, and the best show on board. They also had an elements show, which was similar to maybe a Cirque du Soleil and that was good also. The other nights the entertainment didn’t catch my interest and I did not attend.

Never have, I sailed on a cruise line with such little regard for customer service.
We were scheduled to stay in a hotel after. There was not a whole lot of direction on what to do once we got off the ship. Nobody knew what they were doing.
