Review summary

The overall experience on the Spirit was okay, however, it is less impressive when you compare the Spirit with the Dawn. The ship is a older ship and the carpets in the public areas and seats in the theater are worn out. The bathroom in my cabin is dingy and there is mold on the tiles in the shower. The food was good in the main restaurants with different menu everyday. We ate at Le Bistro and Caney's steak house, However, you need to make the reservation early in the morning otherwide you will be out of luck. The first two days of our cruise were rain out. We did not do anything in Bermuda. We did have great time on the beach in Tortola and St. Thomas.

Ports of call

Tortola, British Virgin Islands

3 out of 5
The taxi ride to the beach (Cane Garden Bay) was a little bit of nerve-wracking.

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

3 out of 5
The taxi driver suggested and took us to the Moringing Star beach which is closer to the ship docked and it was beautiful and not crowded.

King's Wharf, Bermuda

1 out of 5
it was a washed out.
