Food is so bad that you end up paying an upcharge (didn't I just pay almost 2K to go on this cruise?) just to eat a descent meal. Sara Lee has better desert. Don't order Lobster bisque; it tasted like it was made with old, nasty lobster.

One bar waitress really great, another inside waitress lied about price of drink with returned drink glass so that she could charge more. All other staff were just average.

Confusing layout; go up to go down, have to go to mid elevator to get to lower aft area.

Crud and mold in bathroom. Steward had to be found daily to replace items (creamer, sugar, towel, washcloth, ice) that he forgot? to place in the room when he came by.

NCL puts it's passengers who have scheduled a tour through them (and make more money off them) first. They get to go ashore on the tenders first; no matter that I have an early tour booked also. We had to stand in line to get a ticket to get on a boat after all the NCL tour booked passengers got off.
