We thought that the ship was really nice. We had a very smooth ride (even when it stormed one night, the ship did not rock nearly as much as other ships we have been on). It was really clean and well-decorated. Our only complaint was that on some floors, the aft, mid, and forward sections of the ship were not connected, so you would have to go either up or down a couple floors to get to another part of the ship.

Quality of food was great. Service was hit or miss. Lunch hours were far too short.

A couple of the guests were really great, but the ship's dance/singing company was sub-par compared to what we have seen on other ships. Their voices, especially, were unimpressive. We really liked the adult improv show and wished there were more late-night adult-oriented shows like that-- some of the comedians were definitely less funny than they could have been since they were trying to appeal to all ages.
The band by the pool was really good too.

Many staff members were amazing, but there were a few bad apples who acted as if they were inconvenienced by passengers.

Biggest bathroom and room we have been in on a cruise ship. Very clean.
Beautiful beach... we wandered a bit past the main crowded area of the beach so that we could enjoy swimming and sunbathing in a more peaceful area. The nighttime beach party the first night was fun, and it was nice how Norwegian provided free food on the island. Again, though, we wish we could have stayed later into the day-- leaving our two main ports by 2pm two days in a row really cut down on sun/swimming time!
