tv is too small and is way off the viewing angle. hurts the neck. preffer put the lcd on the wall right across the bed, so can be viewed in sofa,chair and bed. even with a small size lcd is still better than recent setting. needs to improve on this problem. no internet service in room, no refridgrator in room. no ice machine is hall way. sometimes took 1 hour for room service to bring the ice.pillows and beds are too firm,having neck problem.

ATV and horse back riding to the falls are the best ones only. around the town is waste of time. best site is at the falls. there is no best restaurant around the town

shore excursion desk staffs needs to be more knowledgeble upon the Biolumence Kayak Program(reminding customers to bring the mosquito spray,etc)

Pros: even with the cover charge,foods are great

Cons: the pillows and bed are not comfortable!and took too long for the room service(1 hr)
