Review summary

The ship cuold stand an up date, beds were very bad, I used the mattress from the fold out bed on top of our bed to try to get some rest, I did call the desk about the bed and was given an egg crate. The free style is great we have taken advantage of dinning options on other lines NCL has just put a name on it. But the food in the buffett was not good, no variety, not prepared well an no options when it came to dessert. The Steak house was excellent and windows Resturant was nice we tried these options out of frustration with the buffet. The spa needs to add a pedicure station my husband and I treat ourselfs to a pedicure and the operator was great but the big bowls of water she used to give us our pedicure were sad, we payed more for it then on other lines and it was not good.

If we could take this crew and put them on a better ship We would sail once a month, we had a problem with a car rental on one island that came up the next day on another island and the girl Virgina at the credit desk went way above the call of duty to help us, aslo Ben and Elly our cabin staff bent over backwards to be helpful,they were warm and friendly truly making us feel special they were the highlight of this cruise.Edwin in the casino bar is a 5 star person in our book.

we are smokers and sat in the pool area and various other out side locations at all different times day and night and always had to sort through tables covered with dishes and a wide variety of discarded mess and we are use to servers eager to get you a soda or cocktail at all times this is not the case.

our room was maintained perfect,our cabin stewards were excellant, and the bathroom is amazing on this ship,but the cabin is small, out dated and the bed was very bad worn out lumpy and ready to retire.
