Solid ship Efficient operation dining service was ok. Other service was excellent NCLs island was a nice day Ship operation was flawless Entertainment was some of the best.

I never felt so spoiled by so many adults. The food was great, the steward/stewardess always had fresh linen in our rooms and the came through our room twice to make sure he had clean fresh linen and enough linen. This was our first cruise and we were worried we would not feel comfortable, but we were very comfortable. As we boarded our ship from excursions we were greeted with ice water, a cool wash cloth for our faces, a sitting area, and our hands were sanitized before we entered the ship. Where the other cruises were offered nothing not even someone to greet their return. Loved It!!

This cruise was good, in that my sons felt comfortable participating or not in the teen activities. Also, the freestyle cruising didn't limit us to a particular time to eat in one of the main dining rooms. The staff was pleasant and courteous at all times.

My overall impression is that this cruise was awesome. Candy the cruise director is envolved and engaged, making sure that the experience is memorable.

We had a great first trip on Norwegian Sky. The ship was a good size for first-timers. The Teen Zone was great for our 13yr old but the activities in the Tween group for our 11yr old were not as good. Overall we had a great time. The islands were beautiful with much to see. The array of excursion options was incredible-something for everyone. The entire crew was very friendly and helpful.

Many restrictions and lack of service

Staff was great but the entertainment was awful. They had the same thing every night like karaoke, comedy show that wasnt funny with the same entertainers which made it worse. The food was good and the itinerary was decent, but my biggest complaint was the entertainment, I was diappointed!!

I had a great time on the ship and on the Island the people where nice and helpful

The staff was nice, freestyle was good. Pools kinda small for the amount of people on the ship.

As soon as we arrived to our cabin we were so dissapointed, small for 3 of us. However, the crew was amazing, the food was delicious and the shows excellent....so the cabin was not a big broblem after all!!

Very Good & clean

Spotless! Very tidy and too friendly crew. The "ninjas" that cleaned our room were in and out so fast whenever we left they left us wondering how they knew we left the room. Only downside to this ship is that there were limited seating in the buffet and pool areas. It was hard to find a place to sit sometimes.

Old ship, could use a make-over!

Very friendly helpful staff. Great food and variety. Showers worked great!! Cold towel and cold water when we returned to ship from the visit to Bahamas. Loved Stirrup Island and one day of just sunning and chilling in the beautiful and refreshing water.

This was an ok ship for a short (4-day) cruise. I would not have enjoyed it for longer than 4 days. The ship was very stable, so it was an overall smooth ride.

This is my second time with Norwegean and loved it. My family did too!

The cruise length (4days) was perfect for a first time cruise. Service was very efficient. Staff was very friendly. I would have liked an in-room clock. We used our cell phones when getting ready for our dinner reservations at the specialty restaurants and port excursions. We had purchased the soda package when we boarded the ship, but upon entering our room, we received complimentary soda package vouchers from our vacation planner. I went down to the reception desk to see if I can have the charges removed, and they sent me to Java Cafe. Reggie took my vouchers and my receipt and said my account would be credited. Upon reviewing my bill on the last day, the charge was still there and when I went to the credit desk, they had no record of the vouchers. I was passed off to someone else and that person still could not find any record of the vouchers, they final said they were able to contact the vacation planner to verify that the vouchers were indeed valid. (40 minute wait time) Overall, we had a great time!!

Me and my husband went on the same ship "Norwegian Sky" to Bahamas just a year ago and we decided to do it again with our daughter. This time we did the longest trip ( one more day )
