New Ship Mint condition Clean, no odors Sanitized to the extreme! Germ free feeling

i enjoyed the cruisse very much - The sky ship was very confortable - above my expectation. My mum who is 86 enjoyed very much - so did my 19-year-old daughter. Excelent in all aspects. I will recommend to anyone

Overall was nice

Ship looked nice. Employee's were really nice although it was hard to understand alot of them.

Fabulous. The overall experience was great. We enjoyed ourselves very much and had a very pleasant experience on this cruise overall.

the ship was super clean and the crew was polite at every level

Very clean, nice ship. Great entertainment, music for every taste. Fun staff,the best parties for everybody. Good food, I love the free style, restaurants were never crowded since you can eat your dinner whenever you like.

We had to pay a GRATUITY FEE of $36 a person EVEN my 12 year old child

This was our first cruise which means we have no cruise to compare this with but the crew was friendly, thorough, and helpful. The ship was big enough to suit our needs, including minimal ocean motion which was huge for a motion sickness prone individual.

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary here on the Norweigan Sky. We both would recommend this ship.

Better than expected

Smallest statroom in the world and was not as clean as I would have liked. Soap despencer in bathroom leaked when we started the cruise and it leaked when we finished cruise. They did bring bar soap for one day. They wanted us back on the ship over a hour before we sailed. They canceled one whold port of call which was one third of our cruise. All the captain did was drive around all day and all night and made our next port only a few minutes late.

old ship, outdated

The ship was clean and full of helpful, polite employees. There were a few crew members who were less than professional. While on the pool deck, the spa representative was yelling to get the attention of a male crew member. Our room steward never introduced himself to us, nor did he give us any handouts on excursions or revised day at sea handout. He also gave us one customs form when there were two last names registered, which made me feel that he didn't know who was staying in the cabin. BINGO was run poorly causing for long delays. People were becoming angry at the rate of the games as we were missing dinner hour due to excessive talking. The food choices were so similar that it made it difficult to cruise on a budget and eat in the dining room, not the specialty restaurants. I ate the same thing 3 nights in a row.

This was me and my husband's first cruise. We were both pleasantly surprised. Our cruise director, Candi and her staff were awesome and amazing. There was always tons of stuff to do around the ship. The food was incredible and we are awestruck with the Executive Chef and his staff's ability to feed so many people with such great food options. Le Bistro was a super fabulouse french cuisine experience with superior service. Back to the cruise entertainment staff though, you guys rock. You were funny, upbeat and entertaining. They made it seem so effortless. I swear I don't think Candi ever slept. We would highly recommend a cruise aboard this ship.

It was a nice clean ship. The food was excellent and I liked the choices of restaurants. I did not care for the last day breakfast, because we were told that the diningroom was closed.Service and food at the two specialty restaurants was excellent. The fruita de mare pasta could have had more seafood and not o many mussels.

We went to the specialty restaurants three of the nights and the attention and food were very worth the extra few dollars ... The spa I highly recommend... We were in tropical storm conditions but never lacked for things to do...
