They have a very good food plan includes but no drinks include only tea and coffee, the great stiruup cay its a very good option to take a rest.

Pros: Food was great- along with the free buffet, they had 2 free dining rooms, with the atmospheric equivalent of a Olive Garden or the like. So very nice while still family and conversationally oriented. We thought we'd have to go to the specialty rooms for good food, but the free stuff was great and had new menu items each day. Drinks- while not included they weren't overly expensive ($4-5 depending). Attendant staff both in dining and on the decks. Entertainment was entertaining... go figure- new shows every night, comedy was funny, the production casts was great. The parties late into the night were a lot of fun. the crew was there to kick things off with the typical Cupid Shuffle and Cha-Cha Slide, but then once everyone was out there the standard party hits took over and flowed smoothly into just the guest rocking out. Cons/Comments rooms are a bit small- we went with an interior room for cost reasons. No regrets and would do it again. all you're doing is sleeping and getting ready, so how much space do you really need? no complaints, just something to consider. They still had a big closet and a few dresser drawers, night stands with shelves, tv shelves, etc.

This was my very first cruise, it was okay. Nothing really extrodinary really. The best part was our French dining experience. That I feel was the best part of the experience. We went in March, during Spring Break. I would not really recommend going during this time. While I had a college studend with me while on our trip, the kids were load and liked to drink. We did not really expect it to be as it was.

We were very pleased in every way! We had a mid-ship balcony and it was well worth the extra cost. The entertainment was so so, but we did enjoy the juggler.

I have sailed on the NCL Sky many times in the past. This time was different in a not-so-good way. Usually we are met with smiling faces and friendly crew. The overall atmosphere of the staff was "melancholy". Not once did we meet any stateroom attendant. When did you stop bringing ice to the rooms? Must that now be requested? Our first dinner in the dining room the meat was horribly over cooked and our server was less than friendly. The maitre'd asked if everything was ok and we explained to her what was wrong and she removed the food and never came back! I was very sad to see the 2 for 1 nightly martini special in the Plantation lounge was also gone along with the friendly bartenders. About the only thing good I can say is the ship appeared clean and the entertainment was good. We are SoFlo's and cruise every weekend we can get out and we plan to be spending our future cruises on other ships and possibly other cruiselines!

BALCONY ROOM & SERVICE WAS GOOD. FOOD WAS GOOD. SHOWS WERE OK. THERE WAS CONSTRUCTION GOING ON THE ENTIRE CRUISE REPLACEING DECK BOARDS IN FRONT OF THE STAGE ON THE POOL DECK (DECK 11) SO ABOUT 1/5 OF THE DECK WAS CLOSED. WHAT A BAD TIME FOR THAT (SPRING BREAK).

Went for a spring break trip as a couple. There were a ton of different options for nightly events, the ports were fantastic, the food was incredible, and the overall experience was just wonderful.

My agent Karen was fantastic! She fully explained everything that we would need to know and especially the excursions! I would book from Karen again :) The toilets periodically stopped working on Saturday and Sunday and I wish the crew would have kept us informed of what was going on but we never heard anything even if they would have put "Out of Order" signs in front of the public restroom doors so we were surprised when we tried to use the restrooms.

We had some bad luck with this cruise. The weather was chilly and very windy. We were supposed to spend much of a day at Great Stirrip Key, but it was too chillly and windy to snorkel. After being on the island for about 2 hours, we were told we had to go back to the ship. It was so windy, they weren't sure the tenders could safely return to the ship. We took the last tender. It was a wild bronco ride back. We returned very wet and chillly. Upon our return we were surprised to find that our toilet would not flush. It was that way for over 4 hours. We found some of the female servers, particularly at breakfast in the rear of the ship, were very indifferent and zombi-like. The male servers were much better and friendlier. Other workers on the ship were extremely friendly and customer oriented.

Fantastic service, great activities, friendly staff! There was plenty to do on the ship as well as off. Got great shopping tips from Tiana (diamonds ladies!), and the crew had me lead some dances on stage during the White Party...super cool! And of course, we got to party with a star...RKelly was on the ship just chillaxing with the rest of us. Wicked sweet!

This was a trip that i organized for 4 different couples. I was terribly disappointed from the moment i stepped into check in for the cruise. I have cruised before and some of the group had as well...we knew what a good/great cruise should be-this wasn't it. Even where you check in is old and dated. Once we got on board-the ship is OLD and dirty. The first thing that greeted us was railing falling off the walls of the ship-(this is a safety rail). 3 decks were partially roped off with caution tape and unusable--they were sun decks. (one eventually opened as was usable...day 3 of 4) We got to our room and were pleased to see a bottle of wine, cookies and chocolate covered strawberries...i thought that was a nice touch, but soon found out it couldn't make up for the cruise ahead of us. There is So much to tell, but to summarize--the fine dinning wasn't even adequate- & this is an additional charge of $25/per person per meal. The rooms are small and in bad shape, the ship is in bad shape, the food wasn't very good, nor did they have a good selection, the entertainment wasn't very entertaining and the islands they stop at are not worth stopping at except for Nassau. Our room had no hot water on day one and my mother in law's room didn't lock and they couldn't fix it or mover her. My uncles safe had to be drilled out and replaced. The staff, however was very nice, but not as responsive as I've had on other ships--rooms weren't well cleaned and it was a challenge to get service at the pool & pool bars, as well as in the specialty dining areas. Please, if you have options on 4 day cruises don't select this ship or even this itinerary.

This was my first cruise. The stateroom was great. The private island was good but did not expect to be able to use cash there so was unable to purchase anything from the vendors. The food was great (except for the italian restaurant) I would have gambled if any of the blackjack tables below $25 were available. Entertainment was not my style necessarily. Was disappointed the rear deck of the ship was closed off due to renovations. Also was a little frustrating at disembarkment waiting on customs to allow us to de-board.

I went on this 4 day cruise to the Bahamas. I had a wonderful time. The food wasn't the best that i've had on a cruise ship, but everything else was good. My daughter had a blast in the Kids Corner and I enjoyed my activities that I did as well. My only disappointment was the food.The staff was amazing. Especially Luis from Mexico. He was with the entertainment staff I believe. He was the st. Also, all my servers were fantastic.

This was our first cruise and it could not have been any better. The entire experience was great. From the boarding to the departure everything was smooth and problem free. the crew was always there to provide assistance and entertainment. The shore excursions we did were great ....we strongly recommend the deserted island snorkling in Freeport what a fun day.

This was our 1st cruise and it was excellent. Everyone onboard was friendly and helpful. The food was great & so were the selections. We are planning our next cruise now!

This was our first cruise with Norwegian, our previous experience was with Royal Caribbean and Norwegian was FANTASTIC! The ship is a bit older, but very clean and well appointed. Cagney's Steakhouse, Il Adagio and the Bistro were outstanding. The entertainment was a blast, we had a comedian/juggler that was out of sight! He was so talented and incredibly funny. All in all a wonderful time, weather was awesome. We rented the Cabana on the private Island and the service was great. We are taking another Norwegian Cruise in September this year. You will not be disappointed.

Had a really good time overall the food and staff were very good my husband and i did by the unlimited beverage package which was 50 per person and if you choose to do this the whole room has to do it but if you like to drink it was well worth it the total package cost 485 for the 2 of us and we drank well past that the onlydownside to that is ko top shelf and no shots. We only did one excursion on this trop which was the shallow dolphin excursion at atlantis in nas. Bahamas if you do this i would suggest to get the wrist bands that you need and take a taci there it cost about 10 dollars but will be well worth because most of your time will be spent waiting and if you want to do anything at atlantis besides the dolphins you should take the taxi the only thing that sucked there was the picture prices were way to much i choose the lowest which was 5 pic 70 dollars i hope this helps anyone who reads this

Night entertainments were excellent, in general. The crew make a big effort in providing good service. Stateroom was well taken care of (Sky 8337 on 1/28/13). Only three areas need improvement: 1.- Boarding was not well organized. 2.- Bartenders need to communicate more with customers (Anita was the exception) 3.- I wish quality of food was better (I am a chef, so I know what I am talking about)

The staff was very friendly and informative. I dine the freestyle buffet,which was fair. The breakfast was great, however lunch and dinner seem to be missing something, The shore excursion was great, I was unable to view the late night show because I was extremely tire from lack of sleep. My bed felt like it was made out of rocks so I toss and turn all night. It 'took over ten minutes for the water to get hot in the shower then I couldn't get the water comfortable. This part of the cruise was disappointing because since I was traveling alone I paid a double occupancy rate and was told that is standard procedure, I felt I should have aleast had a comfortable bed since I paid double than what was advertise.
