My actual cruise experience was Great. But the use of an agent to book this cruise wasn't a good experience. They promise things/perks that they don't deliver. When I have booked cruises in the past, the actual cruise line gives exactly what you pay for. No hidden fees, broken promises. Somehow my taxes and fees amounted to more than the actual cruise fair. Book this cruise through the actual cruise line, save money.

My family and I had an amazing time on Norwegian Sky.  They crew was very professional, funny, courteous and friendly.  There were a lot of activities to do on the ship as well as on land. 

The only thing I would like in the future is more activities to do for the youth (18+) such as the music, dance and late night activities.

This was our first cruise, and it was fantastic.  Didn't really know what to expect, but overall, it was a great experience.  Almost 24/7 dining with many food options, lots of activities onboard, and beautiful ports of call.  Try and bring your own water onboard, however.  Although you can get water at the buffet areas at almost any time of day, if you wanted water in your staterooms, bottled water is expensive and tough to come by.  Bring your own if you can.  Other than that, not much more to say about the cruise.  It was a fun and relaxing time and a great first cruise.

Since this was me and my husand first cruise on Norwegian Cruise line . The crew did a wonderful job in keeping us happy threw out our vacation.....thanks again see yall in 2018 for our 10 year wedding anniv.

had a great time, food people drinks entertainment all good.probably what we enjoyed most was the ability to go out and eat , drink or just socialize and always found a seat. the other thing we thoroughly enjoyed was the solo singers-awsome. 

Everything was very clean. The staff helped out a great deal. Loved the buffet. Great experience rooms were very comfortable. The comedy show the last night should have been in a bigger room. He was a,great ending to our weekend.

The overall experience was very enjoyable, and staff was very pleasant and helpful.  Embarkation and Disembarkation was a smooth, easy process unlike some other waiting lines we experienced in the past.

The cabins are very tiny but functional enough for a short stay.

There was a large variety of food; all was well-cooked and delicious.

This was my second trip on the NCL Sky, the first being the summer of 2013 and then April, 2015.  I will have to say the comic for this cruise was awesome, but the piano player in the bar was sub-par.  It took several attempts to engage the room steward to get extra towels and ice, but by the second day, he was in the groove.  Food was really good, but as usual, don't expect to get the lobster and shrimp on this trip unless you plan on eating in one of the special dining rooms for a surcharge.  But, I feel like most cruise lines are going this direction.  I would have given this cruise a 3 star due to the service on the ship and food, but the Out Island and Casino make up for any short comings on the ship.  NCL has done an amazing job with this island.  I noticed many upgrades and improvements since my trip in 2013.  The staff in the Casino was awesome and took my money with a smile and a laugh.  :-)

in general, nice cruise, yet attention to details is needed.

we have cruised before with Norwegian and were pleased to find out that they have improved over the years. Alas, things like attention to small details is still needed, the room stuart was available only a small time, you have to ask for beach towels when needed replacement, not enough help in the dining room. and even the food was missing the final touches.

Excellent services onboard, all the staffs were so nice and helpful. Good food at the complimentary dining rooms and buffet. It was our first time going on a cruise so can't do any comparison. Overall, a great experience and would cruise with Norwegian again.

We  had an awesome trip. The staff were very friendly and acommodating. It was a great bang for the buck. We paid a little more to eat at the more elite restaurants 3 of the nights. The steak house and french restaurants were OUTSTANDING!!  Drinks were great in all 11 bars/lounges. I thought they the bartenders were very good and very quick. The entertainment was very good. Had lots of laughs. My ONLY complaint of the whole cruise was the music that they played at night. I wanted more 60s/70s/80s music to dance to and they played mostly techno/latin music. 

We loved it, very clean,great staff and service was fast. We had the ultimate dining pack and the restaurants were very good,great food. We also bought the dolphin encounter pack, my 3y/o loved it

The cruise was okay but we had many issues. First, I had issues with my pull out bed. It was broken and it took one full day to have it replaced. The food was horrible and we were often sick during the cruise from the food. On our last night our room attendant never came to our room. We had to call someone at midnight to fix my bed. I felt like the cruise could have been more clean. However, we had a great time at the ports. Great Stirrup Cay is wonderful and I really recommend that island. We always have a blast in Nassau too.

1. don't deduct tips automatically. For three reasons: 1) customers are expected to consume on the cruise, and actually, most of us do consume a lot even if we can have free meals; 2) for all the services, 18% service is charged additionally; 3) we still give and are expected to give tips even tips are deducted automatically. 

2. reduce the number of photographers on the cruise. They take too many pictures, print all of them and try to sell them at a high price, $19.99/each, also customers need to pay more money to buy the copyright. If customers don't buy these pictures, they will destroy them (well, they call recycle them). This is cruel and a big waste of resources. This is the part I don't like the most of my cruise experience.

3. Bread is not fresh and the taste is not very good.

4. There is no need to clean the room twice every day.

Definitely enjoyed the cruise. We have cruised another cruise line several times. This was the first Norwegian experience and we will definitely be back. We are on spring break with our daughter and did not feel like we are on a spring break cruise. It was not overcrowded, loud, or with rude teenagers/college students. The children were nice and our daughter had a blast (especially with the stingrays).

This was our first cruise. I'm glad I chose Norwegian. The room was nice, the crew very friendly, the food very yummy and my daughter enjoyed Splash Academy. This cruise is very family friendly.

The cruise was very nice, We did have trouble finding different foods and restaurants for kids. We never found chicken nuggets or mac and cheese, nor did we find Pizza. We had to order it in our room. On the last day we discovered we could order in restaurant and they would make it for us.  Our kids stayed with us because we couldn't find any activities for them or us as a family., 

The Norwegian Sky is a little bit dated but the advertised price was good.  Food was then we expected, the menu seemed to never changed, and the dinner menu varied by one or two items each night.  We had many points of boredom-only shuffleboard and basketball outside of the pools.  Casino was very "transactional" and not much to do if you didn't dance.  No "adult only" area with nicer furniture to take a quick snooze.  I don't know if it is this ship or this cruiseline, it was our first with Norwegian.  Carnival had a much better fun vibe with lots to do for all ages. Enertainment was ok, but the Vegas Show was great on this ship.

Had friends who had never cruised before.  Friendly staff.  Clean ship.  Private island very nice.   Entertainment ok. Bigger ships better but I suppose difficult on 3 day cruise.   Pools very small and crowded.  Difficult to find seating at times.  Didn't like plastic shower curtain. 

Like the ship, last year it was the Epic. Liked the room configuration better on the Sky. Washroom was fully contained-----sink in washroom so no watching others washing and spitting in sink. Also Epic has see through shower wall.----not good for privacy. Excellent staff and food and entertainment. Miss the sea days as like to stay on ship. Provides a day of rest between getting off.
