I was extremely disappointed with this Cruise. They changed our time in Cuba at the last minute. And then we did not get to get off the ship because of rough Seas to go to Great Stirrup Cay. They offered no compensation except a refund on Port taxes. ($33) They offered nothing to entertain the guess for being on a ship and entire day. I thought that the experience could have been better if maybe they would have offered free Bingo, or a voucher per guest to play in the casino, or forget to maybe eat in one of the restaurants for free. I was also extremely disappointed with the internet / Wi-Fi package. They advertise that it's $30 per day, but you are not able to purchase just one or two days of Internet. You are required to purchase all of the days that you were on the cruise. The staff was great the ship was clean but at this point I don't think I would cruise with Norwegian again.

Wost run cruise ever. Ship staff need major training. Especially Waiters shifts and tour coordinator’s.

Perfect except we did not know that we had a refundable cruise on board credit! We would have used it for sure towards the spa...bummer. How were we supposed to know? We found out when we received our receipt on the last day that we had it and lost it!

Nice first cruise. Wish it would have been longer! Great way to relax. Will definitely do this again!

Way too many Spring Breakers. Could not sleep due to loud partiers in hallways.

For my first cruise I was extremely disappointed and am not sure I would choose a cruise for my next vacation or ever again.

We were looking forward to our first cruise, but were let down. Had we known that was an officially organized college party cruise and that half the guests onboard would be college students on spring break, we would not have come. It was not posted anywhere on Norwegian's site that this was the case. But the thing that really pushed us over the edge was the 40+ bedbug bites that my husband brought home as a souvenir.

I had a great time my daughter ended up joining me on the cruise.

Seriously, I think you should really inform your customers that there is a College Spring Break event during a certain time. They were very loud, obnoxious and generally just made everything an ordeal. Yelling outside our room while we’re trying to sleep, waiting and waiting on line to get a drink, taking over nearly every area of the ship so we couldn’t relax, the entire pool deck was covered with portable speakers so there’s about 20 different kinds of music playing at once, waking up every morning to have the pool deck littered with plastic cups, vomit on the bathroom floor on the first night...had I known this was going on, I would have chosen a different week. Pretty disappointed.

Had a nice time. Wish the two men across the hall were not so loud - especially at 2am.

Ship was kept clean and staff was friendly and cordial. Not much to do on ship, not much of a stage show. ports of call were good, private cruise island being the highlight of our trip. Food was just okay except for the last night of the trip. We enjoyed the freestyle dining and casual attire dining.

I never want to go on a cruise, but I'm so glad my daughter talked me into it! Thoroughly enjoyed our time on Norwegian Sky.

First cruise and we will definitely go again! Had a great experience overall.

Very good overall, food was excellent. Open bar it was a good addition to the trip.

Need more things to do in the Bahamas or on the ship. Charging people a service charge and not letting them know is crazy. Will not be using this cruise again.

Would consider another on ncl and possibly a longer one

Not sure if I will ever do Norwegian again. Other ships I have been on are much nicer and you can actually feel like you are relaxing in a wonderful place. I would look into other cruises. It was like going to Hawaii and staying at a cheap hotel.
