Review summary

I was extremely disappointed with this Cruise. They changed our time in Cuba at the last minute. And then we did not get to get off the ship because of rough Seas to go to Great Stirrup Cay. They offered no compensation except a refund on Port taxes. ($33) They offered nothing to entertain the guess for being on a ship and entire day. I thought that the experience could have been better if maybe they would have offered free Bingo, or a voucher per guest to play in the casino, or forget to maybe eat in one of the restaurants for free. I was also extremely disappointed with the internet / Wi-Fi package. They advertise that it's $30 per day, but you are not able to purchase just one or two days of Internet. You are required to purchase all of the days that you were on the cruise. The staff was great the ship was clean but at this point I don't think I would cruise with Norwegian again.

We are on Sky to Cuba in Oct and they have already re-jigged our itinerary We were Miami-Cuba-Cuba-GSC-Miami Now it’s Miami-GSC-Cuba-Cuba-Miami with arriving 2 hrs later & leaving 2 hrs earlier for Cuba And the times for GSC is 7am-2pm..... Oh well....It’s all about Havana for us 😎

Doesn’t appear you did any research in advance of your cruise otherwise it would have been obvious you wouldn’t get the sort of think you we expecting by way of ‘compensation’... Ports can always be changed at short notice, and Great Stirrup Cay is one which many ships can’t get into because of the sea conditions, you seem to have got exactly what lots of other folks get...

Read your T&C ports can be missed at captains discretion for safety reasons all you get back is port taxes. If you read reviews on here you would also see internet is very poor and expensive. People should learn to dosconnect for a few days
