This is definitely a "Party cruise" with lots of bachelorette parties and drunks who are there for the unlimited open bar. The whole ship smells like poop. Everywhere we went (dining rooms, walking the promenade deck, waiting for the elevators) there was a pervasive smell of latrines/port-a-potty scent. It was gross. The staff is clearly tired of all of the partying drunks and is just phoning it in on service. I have been on many cruises with Norwegian and this one was well below the usual standard of service and experience.

Was first cruise and was not very impressed food was cold and dry on buffet hot tubs and swimming pools was ice cold staff just knocks once and inters your rooms

I had a wonderful time. The smoothies and non-alcohol Miami Vice were delicious. The comedian was hilarious.

I will be taking another cruise soon, the next one will be longer, so I can have more time exploring all the activities on the ship.

This was an awesome vacation. Just enough time to relax and enjoy my mini vacation. Will definitely do it again.

Had a great cruise but cabin too small, will check on this when booking next time.

Not much to do one host my my kids also the food was burned most of the time also great stir cay not very clean got glass on my foot

This is my third cruise overall but second with NCL, not to be biased but everyone enjoys Norwegian to activities, unlimited beverages, and private island. Finally, I have not sailed with Royal Caribbean, MSC, or X celebrity. But if you want a true adult fun sail with couples or single friends go on NCL truly sensational.

The room was the worst, picture frame was on the floor, missed a night stand and the sheets has some stains :( For the cleaning cabin very poor. The show at night horrible. The food was good and a lots of variety. Nothing to do in Freeport..... I will not go on that ship again :(

Was very unhappy with the size of the room. Definitely was not equips for three people. When leaving the shop we forgot our room keys. Ran back to pick them up and the steward threw them all in the garbage knowing we would need them to get off the ship. Had to go back upstairs to get 3 new cards printed, very annoying. Food was mediocre and buffet didn’t have much asssodfment and a little dirty. Morning coulding find a clean coffee cup. Took 15 minutes before someone came out with more cups.

Very poor ship. Only 1 outlet in the room. The shower stall was so small it was almost no room to even clean yourself. The wifi on the ship was horrible. It would disconnect you but keep charging you minutes. We paid for 100 minutes and only used about 15 of them and they were all gone. We talked to the IT manager and he just growled at us. He was too busy watching a movie on his phone.

Food was horrible, undercooked. Rooms were not as pictured.

Don’t go on this cruise if you don’t want to have the time of your life. It made me feel 20 again. Great food, drinks, music, dancing, and games by the pool. Loved all the different bars and clubs on the ship. Also loved that there was a separate pool for adults and kids.

The cruse was full of excitement drinks and lots of fun every nights.

Embarkation was terrible. Computer system was down for some time. Then printer that prints keys broke. Took us more than 3 hours to get to the ship. Old ship - Norwegian Sky. Can hear cracking/banging noises when ship moves. Staff is unexperienced and poor trained. Food is poor and not always fresh, especially fish. TV (19") did not work. Stew well. Steward changed batteries in remote control, then changed remote control - still should be 2" close to the TV to turn it on/off or change channels. We had about 15 cruises before. First time on NCL and unfortunately probably the last. Cannot even be compared to other cruses - much worse. Glad it was only 4 days.

We have sailed on The Sky at least 6-7 other times. This trip was very different, there was an awful smell when you walked out of the elevator on deck 11 back of the ship. The smell of sewer on decks 5 and 6 outside of The Crossings was awful. The public facilities were always dirty or out of toilet paper. The only thing that made up for most the things we didn't care for was Jasper. The cruise director was energetic and always entertaining. Rubin the maitre 'd at the crossing was outstanding, always making sure all of my food was right due to my allergies. Will reconsider going back on the Sky, it's just an older ship that seems to get all the left overs. The quality of the shows aren't great. We would much rather go on the longer cruises that have better quality all around

Wheat flour birthday cake was waiting for us when we arrived (it was my birthday and my husbands) after we noted that one of us had a gluten allergy. After wife gave a tip to the attendant handling our luggage at the pier (I didn't tip because I only had large bills after tipping the bus driver) my luggage was separated and misdirected to another ship. Bed bugs were found in the bed in our cabin (#8227) (have photo). Servers were confused about available gluten-free foods. Customer Service Manager did his best to help satisfy our birthday vacation and accommodate my husband for his redirected luggage. We appreciate him very much.

Seeing Old Havana which hasn't changed since Castro rose to power ion 1958 was amazing!

This weekend cruise lived up beyond expectations ! Cannot wait to go again. Regret not signing up for bonus offers on last evening. This quick weekend cruise unwound tension and made me feel so good. Spoke to many who repete this cruise because it offers so much!
