Review summary
Embarkation was terrible. Computer system was down for some time. Then printer that prints keys broke. Took us more than 3 hours to get to the ship. Old ship - Norwegian Sky. Can hear cracking/banging noises when ship moves. Staff is unexperienced and poor trained. Food is poor and not always fresh, especially fish. TV (19") did not work. Stew well. Steward changed batteries in remote control, then changed remote control - still should be 2" close to the TV to turn it on/off or change channels. We had about 15 cruises before. First time on NCL and unfortunately probably the last. Cannot even be compared to other cruses - much worse. Glad it was only 4 days.Embarkation
