Review summary
Wheat flour birthday cake was waiting for us when we arrived (it was my birthday and my husbands) after we noted that one of us had a gluten allergy. After wife gave a tip to the attendant handling our luggage at the pier (I didn't tip because I only had large bills after tipping the bus driver) my luggage was separated and misdirected to another ship. Bed bugs were found in the bed in our cabin (#8227) (have photo). Servers were confused about available gluten-free foods. Customer Service Manager did his best to help satisfy our birthday vacation and accommodate my husband for his redirected luggage. We appreciate him very much.Embarkation
