Review summary

Embarkation was insulting to a paying customer with no clear communication. Otherwise the cruise was what I wanted. Warm weather, no hassles on the boat, free drinks.

Worse I have ever had by far. Embarkation notice we printed out the day before the trip had 12pm. We arrived at pier at 11am, told no boarding until 4pm and we could not leave our bags. Then we came back at 3:30 checked-in and then were placed in a holding area for 3 1/2 hours!!!! With zero information about boarding. We eventually boarded at 7:15! Very poor customer service, no information, no warning. Wasted most of the day. Would have gone to the beach or something if we had known. Really a very very bad start.

Insulting? You get in line, you go through security and then check in, and then wait until your boarding number (handed to you at check-in) is called, hard to see what further ‘communication’ is needed... 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
