Ship personal(wait staff, housekeeping, cooks, etc..) were excellent. Not enough onboard activities. Need to build dock at private islands. You pay by the day for tips and gratuity even if you would like to tip the staff based on your personal experience. On top of that u are still charged an autogratuity. Not pleased

This was my first cruise and I have nothing to compare this with but I was satisfied with the overall experience. Would recommend NorweignLines for future cruises.

We really enjoyed the 1rst night when NCL gave the group a cocktail party and they catered to our every need and want and made us feel welcomed and glad that we came!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not one negative comment

p Our first time in a suite on NCL certainly did not disappoint. Our Concierge (Omar) and Butler (Naveen) were there when we needed them. The aft suite was a pleasure, and the huge balcony (two loungers, 4 chairs and tables) was our favorite spot. The entertainment, especially Rich Pupura (comedian) and the offerings in Captain Cook#39;s lounge were as good as we#39;ve seen on land or sea. The only negative was the less than stellar service one evening in the Palace Dining Room - our waiter was extremely slow and seemed disinterested - perhaps he was having a bad day. p On another note, kudos to the Port of Miami - our rental car was dead when we arrived back at the garage and they had a tow truck on premises to help with the situation.

Everything that I expected it to be. Beautiful weather. The cabin size was fine for the two of us, just like a small travel trailer. showers were fine and hot. If you can figure how to work them just ask. Food was overwhelmingly great! especially in the dining areas. Allot of people but we were able to move around the ship with no problems. The view from the ship were like you are in some exotic location that you only see on TV.

This was our first cruise. Overall it was a pleasant experience even though we have nothing to compare it too except all inclusive resort vacations. They had many activities to choose from. We got the cheapest room and we would definitely upgrade next time....we had a very tiny room and no window. There was no clock in the room and with no window, we had not concept of time. The food was not that great. We thought the buffets did not have many options and overall the quality and taste just weren't that great and believe me...I'm not picky! I certainly didn't go hungry though either. We ate in both main dinning rooms which was just okay. They are certainly a very friendly staff. We did not try the dining choices that charged extra. I don't think this is right. When we go to an all-inclusive resort on an island, they don't charge extra for the varieties of restaurants. Overall it was a pain having to show your room card every time you wanted a soda or to have to use it and sign for alcoholic beverages. They should have wrist bands or something for soda and offer an alcoholic package. The private island Grand Stirrup Cay was excellent...the best part!!

Beautiful ship, friendly crew... food choices very limited in dining room

Overall it was a nice cruising experience. The freestyle cruising is different than the cruises that I've been on before. There were pros and cons to it. The ship was nice, staff were pretty friendly-we didn't get to know them as well as we have on other cruises because the staff were not consistent. Norwegian's Island Great Stirrup Cay was a HUGE disappointment. There really wasn't anything to do there. There were about 5 straw huts shops, a bar, a buffet and the beach... not at all what we had expected or experienced on other cruise line islands.

Meh! Not the greatest ship. Good for first timers. We took our children on their first cruise on the Norwegian Sky and it was just "okay". We've since been on some pretty incredible cruises on other ships.

Impressed by the cleanliness of the ship, as well as the friendliness and variety of ethnicity of the staff. I liked where my room was, clean, quiet, and roomy & bright hallway.

The experience was great. The offers at the private island were the best. My family enjoyed the ship.

Overall good quality. Theres some advantages to being on this type of smaller ship, but it also means that you shouldn't be expecting huge elaborate dining rooms like on some other competitors ships. Theres pros and cons to both sides.

I am looking forward to the next cruise already.

Seems like a good cruise/ship for people new to cruising that are NOT looking for luxury or fancy dinners. There was no announced formal night. Nassau was nice but it didnt seem like we had enough time to explore. The private island was disappointing (excursions filled up quickly and there wasn't much else to do). It wasn't a bad cruise and the value seemed reasonable, it's just that I've been on better.

Boarding was a breeze. No long lines. Plenty of people to get you the boarding passes, explaining everything and getting on the ship within 20 minutes. Disembarking was a wonderful surprise. We landed, they called your time by colored tags, and you proceeded to the customs area where you stood in short lines, and we were off the ship in minutes...not hours. It was a very nice surprise.

The ship itself was fine. Everything was clean and tidy, staff was dressed impeccably. The Christmas decorations were old and poor. I was also quite disappointed to see artificial plants (and poor quality ones at that) all over the ship.

There were 10 adults in our party.we could not find a quite place outside to have any kind of conversation. The music was so loud by the pool it was annoying. Kids running everywhere. Kids in adult only areas. Parts of the stops canceled. If you want a soda plan on being gouged for a Pepsi. Very disappointed.
