Cuba is awesome- see it now before it becomes commercialized. Only allowing 2 boats in port now but will soon allow 4. You can change us money into Cuban money at the port/ bring cash. No cards in Cuba. Go go go!!!!

Great drinks, newly updated boat. Surprising bad food. Great kids academy. Entertainment was just okay.

We didn't have any problems and have no complaints. It's a smaller ship and everything is about average when compared to other cruise line/ships. My only suggestion would be directed towards the dining options. 1) I'd like to have better menu options for dinner - what happened to prime rib, beef wellington or prime rib on at least one night of the cruise? 2) Was disappointed with the 'salad bar', 'snack bar' and pizzeria - other cruise lines offer much better options/selections!

We took NCL because of their reputation, this ship was a huge disappointment. Had we not been to Havana (which made the whole trip), this would have been a terrible trip.

I would not recommend this particular ship to an enemy!

Worse cruise ever, smallest ocean view room we have ever stayed in. Limited room for clothing and personal belongings. Dry dock was a great face lift but everything else was dated, well used and nonfunctional. The theme on the ship was; why would that work nothing else does. We have been on 6 previous NCL cruises, would not recommend this ship until all the kinks are worked out.

Norwegian Sky is a nice ship to cruise with, we will be back again!

This all-you-can-drink cruise was a real change of pace for us avid cruisers. Norwegian does it quite differently than Carnival and Royal Caribbean. There wasn't as much to do on the boat and it was aging and old, but what it did have, made up for it. There were always plenty of deck chairs, bars without long lines, yummy buffets without pushing and shoving, and the white hot party was a blast! The bar/eating area at the aft of the ship became our favorite place to hang out. We appreciated the kid/adults hot tub monitoring. The age range of this ship was also unique. It seemed like a 30-40s spring break! Very few children on board and little to no old folks, which left just a middle-aged crowd looking to party! My husband and I had a great time!

This was a Awesome cruise..ship was just right size, never crowded and staff very attentive..drinks and food were amazing

Disappointed. Mediocre food, issues with our Guest Services on-board spending. Tours started late. Debarkation debacle.

Glad I got to Cuba and the cruise was enjoyable but I have been on other ships that were much better with better food, entertainment and amenities. This ship needs an overhaul or at the very least needs to be cheaper

Worst experience. Missed two stops. Private island and then Got to Havana in the evening so we missed our excursion, which I paid for, dirty, stinky old ship with lousy food.

This was intended to celebrate my wife's 80th birthday, but we were both very disappointed with our cruise experience. We feel we overpaid for what we expected to receive. Our last cruise on Norwegian Jewel was great, and set the standard bar very high. Norwegian Sky could not match or approximate our last cruise with Norwegian.

The whole purpose of the cruise was to experience Havana. We were denied that experience

Didn't live up to expectations. Not as advertised. 2 days in Havana turned into 10 hours. Private island was canceled so we tried turning Bahamas into our beach day. But only got 3 hours on a beach. Then to say they are sorry the offer 25% off our next cruise. That’s a slap in the face. So what I’m hearing is “We are sorry that our ship broke down and it’s our fault that we didnt give you what you paid for and to make it up to our customers they have to pay more money to ncl so ncl can profit off of the that broke down due to bad maintenance practices. Don’t cruise with ncl

Didn't live up to expectations. Not as advertised. Very little seafood/fish offered for meals. Disembarking always took quit awhile, that cut into our time ashore.

The cruise was fair compared to other times! Wait staff were lazy. The people/guests on the ship rocked. Met many nice people
