Everyone should visit Cuba. It's a vey educational experience. I feel fortunate and thankful to be a US citizen after my visit to Cuba. Took the Old Colonial Havanna tour. The tour guide was excellent but there is a lot of walking on this tour and it's very hot in August in Havanna. We also went on the farm to table tour which had an excellent tour guide. This was very educational and the cheese made at the farm was especially good.

We enjoyed our cruise overall. Others in our party, not so much. Things we loved: * The smaller size of the Sky meant less crowding, less stress, fewer kids, and quiet in our room. * Staying overnight in Havana gave us ample time to explore the city. * Il Adagio (the Italian restaurant onboard) was worth every a la carte penny. Best food and service onboard. * The coffee bar was fabulous! Also worth the extra cost. * Despite the fact that drinks were included, no one got falling down drunk. The other passengers were great! Things we didn't love: * All-inclusive with prepaid tips means that service suffers. A lot. Crappy service was the norm except in a la carte restaurants. * The food was terrible except at a la carte restaurants. And by terrible, I mean school lunchroom terrible. Maybe worse than that. * Cleanliness. Water-stained carpets, sewage smells on one of the decks, dirty bathrooms, and a used tampon (!) that laid in a hallway for most of the cruise. * The entertainment was truly terrible. With one exception (a very talented young black woman), the singers were particularly bad. And by bad I mean horrid: off key, off tempo, no soul.

No desire to cruise NCL again ... cleanliness... Service.... food..... all terrible! 3 hours to eat dinner on dining room to get garbage food it goes on and on of the poor quality and poor service the Sky provides. We have done more than 20 cruises this was the worst!

Had an excellent time with my husband. The ship was beautiful. There weren't many covered spaces if you wanted some shade. Went snorkeling at Stirrup Cay, that was so much fun and reasonably priced. Bonus! We enjoyed the music in the smaller lounges. It was kinda overshadowed by the noise from the larger areas. The entertainment in the larger venues was kinda crude and rowdy for my taste. Think frat party. It was a 3 day all inclusive trip so perhaps I should have expected a rowdier crowd. I was thrown up on once (like vomited on) and thrown up "near" once...ew. No more short, all inclusive cruises for me. But I will take a longer cruise.

What started out to be a disaster turned out to be one of our top 5 cruises (been on 30) captain turned it totally around after a rocky start due to technical malfunctions the extra time in Havana was above and beyond our expectations thank you . The 100.00 onboard credit was much appreciated overall if passengers didn't have a great time shame on them

the captain turned what could have been a disaster into a very memorable and exciting cruise. never left port till 1 am tuesday so did not get to Havan untill 4pm (suppose to be there at 8am) in stead of going to the private island we stayed docked in Cuba a extra night,hats off to NCL on make this decision

The Norwegian Sky cruise to Havana is worth it due to the overnight stay which is longer than any other ship stays in port. While it may not be the most exciting or large ship, the all-inclusive drink package is a nice feature which can essentially be a couple hundred dollars added value per person.

easy sailing -easy on board experience-the food was good on all floors. the casino was good. the company was great and the drinks were the best. the only issue I had on the cruise was the salon. I booked an appointment and the receptionist messed up on the time. then she proceeded to give me another time and when I came with my daughter they said they were only allow to look and not do her hair and for her to come back another time. not worth it and so disappointed with them.

Would highly recommend Tomas Taxi for exploring the island. He is young, friendly, and reasonable. He has a 1958 Toyota Land Cruiser with A/C that carried 8 adults. Speaks little English so translator in your group is a must. Cell(+53) 5 255-7563, email or facebo ok: tomy87@nauta.cu

Older ship, the oldest in the fleet so far. Good for midsize cruising. Kids would probably feel bored as there is not much to do for the kids. Destination of this ship is mostly the Caribbean and Cuba.

Well keep and the staff was great.the drinks were great the food was delicious. Would do it again, next year.buffey needs much improvement, wish the dinning were open for lunch.

The best things of the cruise were the ports and the excursions! The worst things of the cruise are definitely the food and the service in the dining room.

We will be back great times me and my wife will never forget I think about it everyday we were on the boat from June 23-26 met a lot of great people and the locals were wonderful don't mind the other negative reviews it was just me and my wife went took a tour to the hood and everything lol great times never felt threatened at all can't wait till next year gonna take a different Norwegian boat that's kid friendly sky is a party. Boat for adult lol good times man

It was my first cruise. I said I would never go on a cruise because I don't like being closed closed in but never felt that way. I was very disappointed it was kind of boring to me. Not enough fun stuff to do it might have been the ship don't know. There was no wow factor to me. We will go again may try another cruise line. But at least I found out I like it and want to try it again maybe 5-7 day cruise. So I was disappointed but will go again to find the wow factor that all my friends talk about.

This was our first cruise with Norweign, we have taken carnival several times and Disney once . We had a blast , the people on the cruise are wonderful . The food options were not that great . My meals from the main dining room where served to me cold , they claim the kitchen is far away . We had dinner at Cagneys steak house . This place is outstanding , I highly recommend this restaurant . overall we had a nice time , great job Norweigan​.

The best part of the cruise was the free drinking! That was very convenient! 

The food was the worst and the times were horrible. EVERY other cruise I have been on has had much better food! And the pizza station was only open a few hours around lunch and a few hours late night. I was hungry at midnight and my only choices were hamburgers and hotdogs... Entertainment was good! Comedian was funny! 

It's been over a year since we cruised with Norwegian and I miss it terribly. I loved every minute of our cruise. My husband and I went for our anniversary in 2017. It was our first ever cruise. The crew was fantastic! We did the cocktail hour with the captain and some of the crew members. It was fun getting to talk to each of them to see where they were from and how they liked working on a cruise ship. We told them it was our anniversary and they left a wonderful surprise in our room that night. I would definitely sail on the Norwegian Sky again. I don't know why I didn't put my review on here last year, but here it is...

I had an amazing time!  There was always something to do.  The staff was polite and super helpful.   The food was good and the drinks were better.  My room had been cleaned every time I entered it. The rest of the ship was super clean as well.  I  recommend shopping in Nassau and not Caymon.  I really can't think of any bad experience on the ship.  I will go again!

My daughter, sister in law, and myself just got home from a 3 day cruise to the Nassau and Great Stirrup Cay. We had a blast. Someone had mentioned on here that because the drinks were free that they were watered down, I can assure you that they are not. Food was ok room was a little small but the only time we were in the room was to sleep, take a shower, or change clothes, so the size of the room didn't matter. Overall we had the best weekend in a long time.

Being our 1st cruise, my wife and I had a great time celebrating our 25th anniversary.  Cuba was ok but we would have preferred to travel all days to the Bahamas.  The staff, food, drinks and entertainment was great with no complaints.
