Food was great and the itinerary to Cuba over new year's was unforgettable! Staff from guest relations lacked follow up on two things they said they would. Small ship with cramped elevators and public spaces. Dry dock in a few weeks cannot come soon enough.

We booked this cruise to be able to spend the holidays with some family that we don't get to see very often. We chose the Sky because it is a smaller ship and easier to spend time together. We loved it and we love the Sky.

Overall very disappointed about missing time in ports.

Fun Cruise not very expensive good value for your money had a great time would recommend to anyone especially people looking for a party and hanging around with people that like to have a few cocktails and have a good time may not be ideal for older folks or large families

Simply put the best value on my favorite ship. I just dont understand how you can not enjoy an open bar and great dining options. The ship always exceeds my expectations when it comes to the hospitality, its crew is amazing and always goes above and beyond. The ship may be old, but it is always spotlessly clean. A few issues on this itinerary with rough conditions at Stirup. No big deal it happens, the Captain got us to Nassau for a bonus night time overnight. Some new menu choices that were delicious, and the dining room as always provided amazing hospitality and great food in abundance, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Sky is by no means a huge mega ship, but makes up for that with its intimacy, and offers you a great relaxing 3 days, with something always going on.

Our backs will never be the same. I don't know who thought "oh yea let's just push these 2 twin beds together for two grown adults, that'll do" That person is fired. Second, we will never be able to wash our hands the same again. "Washy washy your hands" jesus christ people. The free drinks were cool. Freeport is a *****, some one offered my boyfriend some coke (snort y snorty your nose) Atlantis is overrated, go just to say you did, but don't expect anything grand. Bring your God for saken credit card because you can't buy water there to save your life with cash. The private island was amazing. Jafar (the captian) floored that **** home. Like damn dude, slow down we are all wasted and going to fall off the boat. Jasper "worry less and smile more" I would but my back hurts so damn bad i can't even walk straight to the open bar to try and forget about it. Bregetta, thanks for the sloth towel but how about some more lotion? Finally, we are on the ocean, you mean to tell me you can't have one fish taco on this whole **** boat? I don't want to look at a hotdog again for at least a week. Also, lots of hidden fees that popped up, which for an "all inclusive" cruise it doesn't make sense. Overall good.

Great trip with older children. Christmas memory for 2018. Affordable, comfortable, and ut crew was not friendly. The crew kept looking over their shoulders when tipped. Most people didn't tip. That seemed weird even though the tips were included as a service charge. Captain switched around the itinerary to ensure we got a warm beach day before the cold front moved in. Thumbs up!

This could have been a wonderful cruise had it not been for the cold showers and nothing being offered from it not being fixed. Was not told about guest service charges we would have at the end of the trip. The $100 per day per person for a credit card to be added was not acceptable to me as there was nothing in the fine print saying those charges would need to be made. was not happy.

The drink package makes the sky a great cruise. Some are premixed and too sweet for me but it was a great place to try different drinks. The TV news channel selection was very good. They had CNBC, FOX, and MSNBC compared to some cruse lines only having CNN

Staff not as friendly as expected but it was still a nice cruise liked how they people use sanitizer when entering the food areas. Food was pretty good Getting on and off was a breeze would sail on this boat again

The best view is only accessible if you go to the plantation club and walk out those doors to the front of the ship! There is an up charge for top shelf liquors, such as Grand Marnier. Chambord and Hennessy. the staff was very friend and each one we came in contact with had all the answers to the questions we had! With the all inclusive drinks, you don’t have to hand the bartenders or waiters you card so they don’t remember your name like they used to in the past.

I would do it again, because the Cuba experience was worth it.

Best short cruise ever. Excellent service, specialty dinner super (the steak house excellent) and also the drinks are included. Must tried very often, lol

We sailed the Norwegian Sky with friends to Cuba and their private island in the Bahamas. Had a wonderful time. Free drinks on island and cruise ship, great entertainment, and wonderful meals. Would sail it again.

We NEVER Stopped at the Private Island so many people onboard paid to visit, The Ship was lackluster than any cruise line I have been on. The Food was HORRIBLE and the service was ok. Pre Paid Drinks and Specialty Dining caught my eye so I sold hook line and sinker. This was my 1st time on Norwegian thinking I was going to upgrade my cruising experience but was I disappointed. The cabin was ok I had a port view. the ship itself didnt have a lot of activities on the ship to enjoy.

The Sky was a fun, quick getaway! Entertainment at Dazzles was always a blast, the food was good and drinks were awesome!! The staff was polite, we truly enjoyed ourselves and we can't wait to go again! Love Great Stirrup Cay and Stingray City!

This ship is definitely perfect for a 3 or 4 night cruise due to the size, and there is still plenty to do on the ship even though it is one of the smaller ones. My boyfriend and I never ate at a specialty dining restaurant and we still don’t feel as if we needed to or as if we missed out. The buffet is much smaller than our previous ships, but the food was still good and same goes for the main dining room. We always received excellent service and our room steward, Dino, was wonderful and very sweet. We are only giving it 4 stars because it is due for obvious updating, but it wasn’t truly anything, or enough, to complain about. Your cruise is always what you make of it, and we thoroughly enjoyed every bit of ours.

Had a great time on Sky! Definitely not a kid friendly cruise. Too many adults having adult fun doing adult things. Ship itself was nice and the food and service was great. We will definitely do this cruise again.
