Review summary

This could have been a wonderful cruise had it not been for the cold showers and nothing being offered from it not being fixed. Was not told about guest service charges we would have at the end of the trip. The $100 per day per person for a credit card to be added was not acceptable to me as there was nothing in the fine print saying those charges would need to be made. was not happy.

We had no hot water in the shower the entire trip. We told guest services said it would be worked on-came back a few hours later and asked if it had been fixed lady said "it had been worked on" obviously meaning it had not been fixed. Did not offer to do anything about it so we had to take cold showers. Very disappointed.
