I would do it again, because the Cuba experience was worth it.

Food and Dining

Service at main dining room was slow. The meals were mediocre, not bad, but not special.
Onboard Activities

This is an old ship, so the amenities are limited. It did not matter because there were no sea days, so it was perfectly adequate.

Service and Staff

This is based on one really rude person at the customer service desk. Her name was Michele and it seems like she hates her job. She was not helpful in the 2 times I approached her. The first was because our room key did not work. Instead of solving the problem, she interrogated us to see if we understood how to use a room key. She then disappeared in the back and came back with keys that did not work either. The next time we came back to a different person who handled the problem as it should have been in the first instance.
The rest of the crew and staff were friendly and helpful, except we never met our cabin steward. I asked a steward in the hall if he was the steward for our room and he said "No". He hollered down the hall to someone else and said "these people want to meet their steward". The other steward did not acknowledge us. Later during the cruise, the first person came to our room to clean it, so it was a mystery as to what became of our steward. Our cabin was cleaned every day, so not problem, just not like any cruise I have ever been on.
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
The ship is old, so it can't compete with the new ships. They did the best they could with what they have and it was satisfactory for a Cuba itinerary, where there was little time spent on the ship. It was clean.
Cabin / Stateroom
3 out of 5
The cabin was ridiculously small. There was not room to approach the bed on either side, only from the foot of the bed. Other than that, it was adequate and the mystery steward made the bed and changed the towels regularly.
Ship tip
If you want to go the Cuba, it is a reasonably priced way to do it.
