After we bought our passport cards for Nassau cruise Norwegian change it or "up graded us" to Cuba but failed to tell us we would need a passport book. So they literally left us on the docks and refuse to refund us anything. To top it off this was our honeymoon cruise! NEVER will we ever use Norwegian. They say it is our fault for not knowing and would not do anything but abandon us on the docks!!! Needless to say we are furious. Please watch for the upcoming news story. 

My husband and I enjoyed this cruise very much. This was our fifth cruise, but first with Norwegian. The Sky is an older ship, but very clean with lovely decorations. We really enjoyed the freestyle dining and the all-inclusive aspect of this ship was an added bonus! This was an older crowd, which is fine with me and very few little kids. Havana and the Bahamas was fabulous! Food could've been better.

The stateroom was nice and roomy. The ship was relatively OK. An older ship but sailed well.Smooth ride. Pleasant staff. Not a lot of activities. The food was average.

This cruise is exactly a booze cruise. I stayed in Room 8258, no water pressure for proper showers, steward never did turndown or towel animals and left room door open because it sticks. Private island was expensive for souvenirs, and excursions. On the plus side...it's a booze cruise!

This is the second time we have cruised with the Sky. This time to Cuba and the private island. Even though this ship is one of the older ships in the fleet, it is still in descent shape as far as cleanliness. The employees are constantly cleaning the carpets or sweeping of passenger messes. Our steward Christian was super attentive and soooo nice. He kept our room clean and stocked. We unfortunately had an ac leak that was just in the inside and outside of our room. It wasn't a big deal as it didn't effect our trip. They did have a blower on the carpet in our room when we weren't there to keep it dry. My favorite part is the private island which unfortunately we were not able to do this time around due to weather. We were in the tender line when the ship staff decided it was no longer safe as the seas were reaching 10ft. Bummer but what can you do when it's June and storm season. They did add some activities to the agenda for the day at sea. The cruise director was mediocre compared to when we went two years ago and the entertainment staff only had a couple people that were actually fun...Ash was funny and kept the crowd going at events. We like this cruise because like the bigger ships, it isn't over ran with kids. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles for children which is fine by us as we have kids so it's nice to escape them sometimes. (❤️ them but we all need a break!) Food this time didn't seem as good as the same cruise 2 years ago on the Sky. It didn't seem as good as before. The NY strip was good and we had that a couple times. I do recommend the Ultimate Havana tour. It was nice. The tour buses were very clean and air conditioned and we stopped at some cool places in Cuba. It beats walking around in the heat which btw isn't much different than Florida. Seeing the older vehicles was a highlight for me. Cuba is like stepping back in time. The buildings are tattered and worn and they need a lot of fixing but there is so much beauty in seeing everything the way it is. The Cuban people were friendly and most speak English or enough English to understand. Overall the trip was good. My husband and I had a great getaway. I will always recommend Norweigan for cruising!

Ship was nice....staff was amazing, but overall, just average as far as cruises go.   Want to try a newer ship with NCL to see how they compare.   Always willing to give them a 2nd chance to impress.

The cruise was great! Was also my first cruise and we have booked another 4 day cruise with the same line. Staff and crew were very polite and friendly food and drinks were okay. I'm not that big a drinker but if you are this is your ship. Most alcohol drinks free!

Havana is a once ina lifetime experience! NCL knows how to do everything right. The food, the ship (Sky) and everything else were first class. One drawback...stay away from the casino! It seems that the odds are unfair and something not so above board is going on. Otherwise, a flawless cruise experience.

Wonderful cruise on a smaller, all inclusive traditional ship. It was great to do a new itenerary, Cuba, for 2 days. Beautiful countryside tour, friendly people, new scenery. Highly recommend for somewhere new to try. Thanks to my travel consultant, Thomas Ohara at Cruise Planners. 2 thumbs up!

First-our balcony room was tiny. Drinks were watered down, and the food was awful. Specialty restaurants charge an arm and a leg and don't deliver a decent meal.

Cuba was wonderful! The people we met were warm and helpful. Took the farm to table tour and had a great time. Took the classic car tour of Havana and our driver was informative and funny.  When the old part of town is restored- it will look like Paris.

Everything was great! Havana was wonderful and the people were nice! Just bargain for a cab, don't take the first offer!!! GSC was great. They did cancel the parasailing, but the stingray excursion was very well worth it! Such an amazing experience!! The ocean was great! Food and drinks were amazing!!! Staff was amazing! Would highly recommend!

We had a great time. no complaints! free unlimited alcohol, clean ship & friendly staff. We loved the entertainment and can't wait until our next cruise!

Went from Miami to Nassau to Great Stirrup Cay back to Miami. For my 1st cruise, the NCL staff was great! I would totally book with them again in the near future.

Surprised it was so nice for what is obviously a booze cruise! Food was decent, not amazing but lots of choices. The staff was so nice and friendly. The entertainment was a little amateur but who cares? The comedian was very funny. Totally spoiled for any other cruise in that the drinks were included. Good drinks, anything you want.. very fun! We had an inside cabin on 6a, very quiet except for the same group that drunkenly came back at 3am every morning. The cabin was small but comfortable. My only complaint is their private island is a tender situation and just before we were to arrive, they cancelled due to high swells. No warning, no hint this would happen. It didn't look very rough so it was a big disappointment. I realize they don't cancel for the fun of it but you know they know in advance it's a possibility, a little warning would've made it better. This ship is not big enough for a "day at sea", they really didn't add much more to do while we drifted around. Lots of bored passengers. It seems to happen frequently, they need a better back up plan. Add more fun on the ship, please.

This is probably the friendliest crew I've ever encountered! It set the tone for the trip. Cuba was amazing; we just didn't have enough time. I had an authentic Cuban and Mojito. May never get another stateside. 

 Worst cruise line  food was awful been on many cruises never had such terrible food lost weight and cruise even went to specialty restaurant Italian and got sick for over 24 hours ruined my trip. Service was even worse the people that worked on the boat didn't know their ass from their elbow didn't even know where things were on the boat to direct you. totally needs updating. And the show was very amateur I walked out

This was my first cruise so I didn't know what to expect. This was the 4th cruise for the person I traveled with. From the minute we walked in until the minute we left was awesome. Relaxing, lots of activities to goose from, drinks were good, food was ok. I'm not a "foodie" so my opinion on meals won't be a good measure. Lots of options though for sure. We didn't do any specialty restaurants as the main dining and buffet as well as the pizza lunch was enough for the short time on the boat. The crowd was a perfect age mix. Staff was always friendly and everything seemed to be clean. There were never any wait times for food or drinks. Service was extremely prompt. Nassau is what you make of it. Yes, locals were pushy and some ride if you didn't buy from them, but if you don't want to deal with that-stay away from the vendors. Water taxi to Atlantis was enjoyable. Private island was nice as well-we did kayak excursion but due to storm coming in we had to be brought back in by boat. We didn't spend much time on the private island but glad we got to go because it seems that often the seas are too rough for the tenders so they diby even go. I would absolutely do this cruise again. Think it's perfect for a low key relaxing vacation, but can do more if wanted to. Getting on and off the ship was very quick and easy. They have a good system going.

do to there lack of communication and customer service we were unable to go and now they refuse to refund our money or to come up with a better solution, other than to say sorry but you loose 6 thousand dollar,I have to say that I am very disappointed I expected more from such a prestigious company.I still hoping for a happier ending.

WARNING: this is not a cruise if you have children. But if you don't this is the cruise you've been looking for. The Sky is an older cruise ship but it is in very good shape and very clean. It is the smallest ship in the NCL Fleet. I loved the smaller more intimate size of the ship. The flow of people was perfect I never felt crowded, there were always open spaces. It's a booze cruise but I never saw anyone who was drunk and out of control. The pool deck was incredible and the deck barbecues were wonderful. You never had to get up to get your drinks, there were plenty of NCL crew members willing bring them to you. You did not need to tip them and many didn't but we always gave them a dollar and they kept the drinks coming. We never had to leave our seats and they really appreciated the tips. The free food included with your trip was fine. If you are a foodie it may not reach your standards that's why they have other premium restaurants you can eat in for an additional cost. But, if you frequent buffets like the Golden Corral you will fit in here just fine . The entertainment was good but started after 9:30 every night so if you're a early to bed person you're going to miss a lot. Stay out late wake up late is the best plan if you want to enjoy all the entertainment on board. The free Liquor on board was the best part of our trip. it was great being able to have wine with every meal or sit down at any time in any bar and order a drink without having to worry about the cost. Thank God they are only three and four day cruises I could not handle much more drinking then that. Dollar for dollar I believe you could not find a better deal then the Sky.

Ship is slightly dated and needs some work. We had one working outlet (out of 3) in our cabin and that was the tv. So we had to keep unplugging the tv to charge our phones, use blow dryer, etc...which was a pain. Food was very good although I was sick every morning except the after the night we ate off the ship at a higher end restaurant in Cuba. Cagney's steakhouse on board was spectacular! But we weren't impressed with Il Adagio (food nor service). Overall it was a great cruise, good majority of the staff was very pleasant, entertainment was great (poolside, didn't check out any shows) and it was clean. Would recommend but expect to pay a premium (probably for the unlimited alcohol) and not expect what I would guess you would normally expect from an NCL cruise
