Review summary

This is probably the friendliest crew I've ever encountered! It set the tone for the trip. Cuba was amazing; we just didn't have enough time. I had an authentic Cuban and Mojito. May never get another stateside.

Our original cabin contained mold. Once everyone had boarded, our room was swithed and we received 2 comp packages from the front desk. The first room should have been put out of service before boarding; it reeked of mold.
