Review summary

do to there lack of communication and customer service we were unable to go and now they refuse to refund our money or to come up with a better solution, other than to say sorry but you loose 6 thousand dollar,I have to say that I am very disappointed I expected more from such a prestigious company.I still hoping for a happier ending.

Once again a complaint post lacking in any kind of detail! Hard to tell if it is a legitimate gripe against NCL or not. Would be much more helpful to others to have been given some details.

Sounds like they didn't apply for Cuban visas... NCL could hardly make it clearer on their emails that you won't be allowed on the ship without them...

Please explain what happened so that others will know why you were not on the cruise ?    The way you left it it does not tell us to be credible enough to stop people from booking with NCL.

 

Maybe you would have better luck disputing the charges through your credit card company...... but they will also need details of what went wrong.
