Review summary
Enjoyed the port of call in Havana. Did not enjoy the less than friendly faces of the majority of the bar staff at the poolside bar. Perhaps the fact that we are all billed for their tips they see no reason to go out of their way to please the customers. The all-inclusive drink service keeps them busy but, apparently unhappy.
Someone needs to reorient them to the proper way to engage a customer especially if you want the customer to be a return customer in the future.
