Entire cruise was mediocre. Do not think we would sail on this ship again. Only Bright spot was our server and staff in the dining room they tried so hard to give us great service especially Jaylord strived so hard to please us and was only hampered by things he was unable to do. Jaime, Roman, and Grace were helpful and accommodating. And are great at trying to help as much as they can.

Staff was excellent, especially Jaylord, our main server. He was Exceptional! And, Jaime, Roman, Grace, Jenny Lynn and Jamaica - all were top notch. Quality and preparation was not what I expected . Food was cold and tasteless more often then not, but staff worked to make it right.
Onboard Activities

Did not use any. except wife used fitness center. It was good except wished there was a water station with cups for a drink after or during workout. Too crowded at pool and hot tub.
Entertainment

Entertainment quality was excellent but only 2 shows were at a time we could attend. Everyone does not stay up for shows that start later than 7 or 7:30pm and often there was not big show at 7PM.

Servers and dining room Staff was excellent, especially Jaylord, our main server. Jaime was exceptional too, as was Grace and Roman. But, room Steward was mediocre and only came to the room in the AM . He had too many rooms to be responsible for.
Ship Quality

Ship was clean but Handicapped restrooms were far and few and other restrooms were almost impossible to enter and use with a wheelchair. Very difficult to get food at buffet.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was way to small for a handicapped person. Refrigerator broken when we arrived and broke again during the cruise. It was important because there was medication that had to be Refrigerated. Cabin was clean, but bathroom smelled of old urine although steward cleaned it well every day.
Ship tip
Don't expect to use the wifi no matter what plan you pick. The wifi and internet is unusable. Meryem at internet desk tried and tried to improve it. Even her supervisor tried. It was expensive, and did not work half the time. Unable to stream. They did give us an $80 credit, but wifi very poor.
