Review summary
We truly enjoy our journey to Bahamas. The cruise has diverse and entertaining activities at night. The staff are fantastic and very friendly. I had a blast every day in daily and night activities. Sonata music group and Latin (Mango group) were terrific!!. However, shuttle buses and procedure to return passengers to the airport was a mess. There were about 500 passengers in line outside under a temperature of 90 degrees, waiting for only 2 buses to transport us to airport. It took us 90 minutes to be able to ride the shuttle bus. Cruise personnel refuses to return the money, and customer services didn't help. Phone customer services sent us to the website we did the cruise reservation with even when we did the shuttle bus reservation inside the cruise. It seems nobody from Norwegan Sky personnel did care because the cruise trip was already over. There were a group of 4 people in front of us who money was returned, however they refused to cancel out the reservation done and have fully refund. Totally disappointed!!Embarkation
