I thought it was good but we were not told a lot of information before we got on the cruise like what port terminal it was, or even when we needed to get off the ship.

Yes I agree with the directions at the terminal. We clicked on the link in our e docs and the map took us to the terminal offices. There is no where in the documents saying which terminal and I had to pull over and call Norwegian and ask where to go in Miami. For the rest of you, it’s terminal B

Any information you need can be found online or NCL website. Their phone agents are available to answer your questions too. Travelling demand some kind of research before leaving. Hope you still enjoyed your cruise 😉
