Review summary

My sister and I had a wonderful vacation. We enjoyed exploring and sharing our time together. We had lots of fun in the different ports. We will go again on NCL but not on the sky

Getting on and off the ship was great easy and fast.

Food and Dining

Main dining room food was ok. Nothing special about the food. Cagney's was great the food was very good and a lot of it. My prime rib was cooked perfect. Buffets was terrible food was old and rubbery.

Onboard Activities

There was almost nothing to do. I did like white night.

Entertainment

The piano man was terrible. The Ncl singers were not good. The ncl dancers were great. Didn't like the cruise director I thought he was a bit snobbish plus he really didn't do much.

Service and Staff

The staff was very polite and helpful. Waiters are wonderful very hard workers. Our steward was friendly and polite but he didn't keep ice in my ice bucket unless I said something and NO towel animals.😞

Ship Quality

It was ok. I've been on the Dawn, Jem and the breakaway. The sky was very small there was no special place. Decor was boring.

Cabin / Stateroom

Small, Clean, the bed was very comfortable. The bath room was ok I don't like shower curtains. We had NO hot water for 2 days.

Ship tip

If its your first time you will have nothing to compare it with so it will be nice. Plus you go to different ports every day. If you want more to do on the ship try the bigger ships like the Dawn or Gem even the Breakaway.
