Review summary

We were cancelled from Cuba and rebooked this cruise to Bahamas on the same ship. We were upset to hear how people got really cheap last minute deals and the ship was not full yet our offer to upgrade our stateroom was not considered. We were told to call 3 days after we got home to receive additional Cuba Credits by the Cruise next director on board. When we called no one knew anything about that.

Ship cancelled it. 15 minutes after we were supose to arrive. They could have informed us the night before. We were up early due to excursion and never went to the island

Bahama cruise after Dorian

This trip was not what we expected, and we thought the majority of staff performed the bare minimum instead of going above and beyond. We did not enjoy the service and thought this was a "below average" cruise.
