On Feb 15, 2016 my hubby 2 older children and myself decided to bring along our 6 year old for his first time. he was beside himself once he was on the ship, the staff introduced themselves to my little one and called him "master" every time they saw him which of course spiked the interest more of his little mind. as we ventured the smaller ship we came across the theater, in which my son was able to control the light system with another staff member, he was in his glory. moving along through out the ship, there was not 1 staff that didn't say hello to him. the cruise director was amazing with our son. he was up on the pool deck dancing and involved just as much as the adults, he was acknowledged and that made him remember his first time cruising like he's a pro at this.. he has such a positive memory of this vacation that he even remembers his stateroom 1 month later, which now brings me to the gift shop director, I was in there trying to find a small enough t-shirt with NCL printed on it, in which they do not make, while outside I ran into this person he made a quick phone call and before I knew it, there were 2 ncl t-shirts, yes they were older shirts but the point was they were waiting on my son's bed with a nice little note. so need less to say, that NCL sure has made an impression on this little guy that I don't think will ever go away. even though it has become an "all inclusive" ship, the passengers were all controlling themselves. I felt very comfortable on this sailing with all the negative responses that were going around about the all inclusive.
