Review summary

Would have enjoyed this ship more in a warmer climate. This was our first TA and the ship is BEAUTIFUL as if it were a work of art. We will go on Prima again possibly in Caribbean.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
We have priority boarding with our latitudes status yet they would not let us on until after a group that paid a fee. Their fee should not deny us our benefit.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We had no problem getting the reservations we wanted. The food was amazing in all venues. Loved the new Indulge Food Hall.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Would have liked more indoor music and activities, especially with the bad weather. We liked the new arrangement in the spa.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The main theater shows were well done. The venue for comedy was small, but it was intimate and the comedians really interacted with the audience.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
NCL crew have never let us down. This seems to be a very experienced crew.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
The Pulse fitness above the relaxation area in the spa, was a bad idea. There was too much noise from the fitness center. These may need to be reversed. Rest rooms were hard to find and the handicapped hard to operate. Elevators were great, no waiting ever!

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Possible the perfect cabin, between the roominess of the cabin bathroom and balcony, to the three closets, to the great bedding; this was the best cabin we have had at sea.

Ship tip

Book whatever you can as soon as you can.
