My family and I sailed the Pearl for 14 days around Europe. We have been on many cruises with Norwegian and Carnival alike around the Carribean, but this was our first big cruise! We did not know what to expect so we read many reviews. Let me tell you, LISTEN. TO. THE. REVIEWS. This cruise and its activities are more geered for the older generation, and there is NOTHING fun to do. The band and Guitarist played the same songs (we heard “hallelujah” 11 times), people got sick and infected the ship (Thankfully not the Norovirus but a coughing sickness of some sort), some of the food served was expired, and some of the staff was extremely rude. After 14 days of dealing with *ssholes, we will not be doung another 14 day cruise for awhile.

Had awesome time. Ports are great. The Pearl is a friendly, family-like atmosphere. Cruise director was not top notch.

NCL did a good job on this cruise. The baltic area is beautiful. The Itinerary was jam-packed and requires some effort to maximize your experience. Phew!

Really enjoyed the cruise we booked it for the itinerary. Just a bit disappointed with the staff in dining areas. Also didn't like the fact you have to pay extra for the sauna most cruises that is free.

Overall I was unimpressed by Norwegian Cruise Lines. Perhaps it was this ship. It felt crowded and not completely clean. Norovirus outbreak did not help my impression but I thought the Captain handled it fairly well (aggressively). It would have been horrible to be ill on a vacation so lesson learned is hand hygiene is not a joke. Also get travel insurance. On a high note I met really wonderful people who I hope to keep in touch with.

The worst cruise ever a lot off peoples were sicks they put us in quarantine thats okay but they were unable too deliver the room service they were supose to. So for us this was the last cruise with NCL.

A lovely cruise, meeting many new friends. Unbelievable how the staff works overtime to keep passengers healthy and happy. Thank you, Norwegian Pearl, for a wonderful cruise.

The sickness on this cruise was horrible and severely impacted the entire cruise as a whole.

We loved this cruise across the atlantic ocean and then all the different ports in Europe. We have sailed on the Pearl many times before and loved each cruise. The staff, entertainment and food is alway the best.

It was a nice and relaxing experience. You don't have to move much if you are not able to ,relaxing by the water was good enough .

Disappointing experience overall. We have been on NCL on several previous cruises but were disappointed in both our back to back cruises. We will probably not be booking any future cruises with NCL.

Great trip escaping the cold winter. Comedy show was very funny.

My cruise was excellent the service was good the legend show was wonderful. The DJ could of been better but all in all I had a WONDERFUL time with my family

Our 2nd time with Norwegian. We love this cruise line. The jewel class ships are great. So manageable and still offering much to keep you entertained. We may try a mega ship some day.

We really like the Pearl and her sister ships. Love the Spinnaker lounge for views. Relatively quick board after the ship was ready, and very disembark through walk off.

Try a different ship. Unfortunately developed heart problems on the fourth day,no fault of the cruise.

The pearl is a great ship! Very easy to navigate. Our steward was awesome. Food and drinks were great. The only complaint I have is that they ran out of mango mix for the mango meltdown 2 days into the cruise.

The trip was okay. We found the staff very friendly and the cleanliness of the ship. Again my only complaint was Cabin 5104 was noisy due to the banging that takes place in the evening.

The cruise was great We would like more 80ies dance parties We only went to the casino once due to the smoking We had a great time

Very happy with our cruise. Staff and food were great. Prices were fair we thought. Everything was punctual and well-run. Bars were fast and drinks were terrific. Splash academy was top notch for our kid and was utilized extensively. Will definitely cruise again with Norwegian.
