Great views of glaciers. Food and service great. Didn't take any onboard tours as they were way too expensive. Felt like I was in a production line as 4 cruise ships went from Port to Port. Towns had WiFi locked down so be prepared for that. Perhaps get a burner phone with prepaid data. Our cell phone provider had no service in Alaska. It was a challenge for a non drinker to drink alcohol to justify the gratuity charge for the ultimate beverage pkg (which is a misnomer as coffees, juices, and water are not covered).

First trip with NCL, will absolutely cruise with them again.  Took a chance booking a guaranteed balcony category stateroom and were happy with the result.

Stops at Juneau, Skagway and Ketchikan disappointing unless you've booked an excursion.  Overwhelming push by cruise line to shop at their sponsored jewellery shops, towns economies fueled by tourists.  4 to 5 ships in port at every stop, crowds insane.  Victoria stop pointless, 6 to 11pm on the last night of trip, stop not walking distance from dock unless you're athletic and you must pack luggage to be put out for collection before midnight.  

Buffet extremely crowded, service in the main dining rooms spotty.  Dining choices disappointing, one night buffet dinner entirely Asian, unknown, unpronouceable and frightening.

Bed hard and uncomfortable, toilet section of partitioned bathroom requires acrobatic manouvering.  Bad knees?  Downright dangerous.

Daytime "entertainment" childish or non-existent, nighttime entertainment too late.

Staff, trained to be obsequious.

Used NCL'S airport transfer service, didn't get our luggage until after the ship had sailed 😕

GLACIER BAY, worth everything.

we probably liked the shows best......................the food was great...........my wife belongs to tops and she had plenty of choices to eat well and still maintain her weight....she got back went to her first meeting and she was still at her goal weight .................everyone cheered !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  ....i on the other hand gained 10 pounds  !!!!!   but i'm back to oatmeal for breakfast now...hohoho   

we don't have one thing to complain about and can't wait to go again............

The cruise was great but don't get sick. The ship does not let you use Medicare or your supplement  insurance! I got a sinus infection and it cost me $450.00 for the

visit and meds.! Wanted to get off in L.A. but they me that I had paid to go to

Seattle and we had to go there! Other then that it was great!

Ncl is my cruise Line and have always had great food  but this one the Food was poor at best.  I can't say anything else. I lost weight!!! The main dinning room food was alternated every other night. Lobster has been removed from restaurants. The service in restaurants was very poor, O'sheehans is great on the big ships but not the same on the Pearl. No ice cream and no specialty dinner nights. The other thing I  noticed was when ordering drinks with a straw the paper wrapping had been removed,it has previously had the paper wrapping on the upper portion of the straw. Even though the food was horrible we still had a good time, already planning next trip on larger ship!

As always the ncl crew was amazing, the food , and service are second to none. We have cruised royal carribean, and carnival as well. This our 4th with Norwegian and we booked our 5th onboard. Only thing I can say not really bad was we are used to the new mega ships  so the Pearl being a bit smaller although beautiful. Seemed to be a little cramped. But the whole cruise was aaaa++++++. We love Norwegian and will continue to cruise them.

The ports And the Stardust theater  the shows were great! We cruised last on the Escape and I guess it spoiled us, lot more bars and bands, for now on we will schedule our cruises around the ship. Norwegian has always treated us great and we will always use them. over all the cruise was very good.

The cruise was great!  The staff was great.  Only complaint is the excursion to the Panama Canal by Ferry should not be a "1". It should be a "2" or "3".  It is not for anyone with mobility problems.  A lot of walking up and down steep terrain and ramps on and off docks.  Very long and hot!   Not worth the money it cost!

The Pearl is a clean ship, with a good crew and great service.NCL is the best at freestyle dining, not waiting for a table and great service and food.

In the locks  was just about the best. Some of the hotel front staff were far from being helpful, Far from being like others on other cruise. Not happy about paying for other charges that were added after paying in full. Will think of using other cruise lines for my next cruise and bookings.

The best part was the entertainment on board!  The food could use some improvement.  The buffet was very good, for a buffet.  Nothing special at night in the dining room.  I don't really like anytime dining.  I prefer my table, my waiter, my time, and dress up nights!

WE'VE BEEN ON CARNIVAL, HOLLAND AMER, AND PRINCESS.  ONCE WE WENT ON NCL THIS WAS OUR 9TH CRUISE ON NCL AND ALREADY BOOKED ON 2 MORE.  NEED I SAY MORE, BUT I WILL.  THE CASUAL ATTIRE, SPECIALTY RESTAURANTS AND OPEN BAR ARE JUST A FEW OF THE GOODIES NCL OFFERS.  YOU WON'T BE DISAPOINTED.  TRY THE GETAWAY OUR FAVORITE SHIP........

The areas we cruised to was amazing but the cruise ship was the worse I have ever been on. The cabin was making so much noise when the ship was cruise and the entertainment was not good for all the sea days we had I am overall very disappointed in NCL for this.

This was our second tour on the Norwegian Pearl. We have always felt they have wonderful staff. We love all of the workers onboard the ship. However, the entertainment on this trip was less than stellar. We felt it was repetitious. We have enjoyed cruising with Norwegian and wouldn't change. This was our first balcony room.  Balcony cabins are to die for...waking to the water and sunrise is spectacular!

We experienced a wonderful vacations on the Cruise.  Everything was excellent, the food, the entertainment, the different activities during the day and the night.  The employees are very kind, always with a smile and helpful.  We liked a lot the different music groups. We will never forget these vacations on this Cruise.

Norwegian Pearl boat was nice. Food was good. Entertainment so-so. I enjoyed the acrobats, the violinist, the Michael Jackson impersonator, and the Norwegian singers/dancers. The comics, singers, and other impersonators were just OK.

Every resort and hotel I go to has free WiFi and/or access to a computer for internet access. Norwegian charges. This should be free (included in the price). Also the $13.50 per person per meal gratuity charges on 'complimentary' sit down meals is a little high especially for breakfast service.

Overall the cruise & cruise destinations were nice. I got to see how the Panama lock system operates and that was one of my primary reasons for taking this cruise. My wife completely enjoyed the unlimited spa treatment (this package cost). I preferred the hot tubs. My housekeeper (Mr Jingle) was excellent keeping my stateroom in order and advising me on final day debarkation.

Everything about this cruise was first class-we really enjoyed ourselves, and felt like we were away for a month!

There will be more trips in the future on Norwegian-Holy Land Cruise in 2019 is on our list-already left deposits

Six ports of call, four sea days, terrific weather, calm seas and great company in our NCL cruise. Arrived home refreshed, tan and rested. The amenities such as unlimited beverage package made the cruise truly a floating "all inclusive" resort. 

The entire Cruise was Nice......only  little concern I dont know how but found that no pool deck chairs were available multiple times ..many people reserve them and dont use them..maybe a way to monitor that or put up signs asking not to reserve more than one for each person.  overall the ship was great especially the staff all very nice and some exceptional.  Some of the bars ran out of specific things that they had earlier in the cruise we just went to another to get what we needed.
