It was my first cruise and I loved it. Definitely will criuise again

We had an amazing time with friends and enjoyed the activities and wonderfully friendly staff! Our biggest complaint was that our only time with cell signal was while we were in a port, and even then, not until we left the boat sometimes! It would have been nice to be able to call the kids without having to pay the ship's rate of almost $1/minute! And the tenders were not organized well at all!

It was our first cruise and for the most part very enjoyable. As I said earlier in the review, 75% of the staff on board were there to make sure you had a good time, the other 25% were not. Unfortunately, they are the ones you remember. We kept busy all day with onboard entertainment which was very good especially the comedian. Vincent was very uplifting and a great cruise director.

Enjoyed more than we thought we would, It was rather nice. I did find one thing curious . Even though we were visiting Mexican ports, we could not get salsa to put on omelets etc. None of the restaurant staff even knew what it was. I realize most were Filipino or Indian origin (and did a great job overall) none knew what salsa was.

Just got off, Wonderful ship and the Cruise Director Vincent is Awesome! Ship is very clean and food was great. Statroom was always neat and clean because of our Steward Brian. I would take this ship again, just another itinerary as if done this one out of NOLA 3x now.

Very disappointed. Not much activities or things to do on the ship. I believe it's geared for an older crowd. Bands were not good. Food was not so great. The ports were excellent though.

I would do it again! Many choices and lovely crew made it worth it.

this had to be one of the WORST cruises i will ever be on, the food was ok, but the internet was very expensive. don't recommend taking any kids. carnival is way better for sure.

Unless there is some fantastic deal, It is unlikely that I'll cruise NCL again given my overall experience with the ship.

Not a fan , probably won’t cruise on NCL again , Only good thing I can say is it was clean, Definitely not worth the money, Carnival was a lot better , lots more to do and see . Internet was very expensive, food was ok ,

I really enjoyed this cruise. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the ship and the staff was excellent.

We had a fabulous time on this ship 😊 few downfalls mainly with their itinerary on the ship such as bowling and rock climbing isn't all day like you think and the terrible phone app missing messages and getting them 3 hours later 😕 just gotta learn as you go 😉 have a great time on the Pearl 😎

This is the second time on this ship. We enjoy knowing the ship before mid way through the cruise. We found the food better quality than Carnival or Princess only drawback is no lobster. The atrium presentations could have a little better seating and sound quality. O’sheehan’s is a great corner bar with great food 24 hour service. it also looks down in the atrium however there is only about 8 good seats for this. The rest of the guests must stand. If you sit there is a big useless bar blocking the view. It serves no use except to block your view if you want to sit and don’t get the first 8 seats the chairs are made for basketball players over 7 feet tall. You can not sit back or lean back. The booths and tables are normal for us non basketball players. I wish they would ask me design there bar. Never done one but I am sure I could do better. The shows were good with plenty of good seats. Some ships have poles to look around and some have 1000 seats for 5000 guests. I think this ship had 3000 seats for 2500 guests.

Loved the Cruise, but you can not get bottled water with the Ultimate Beverage package (???) and no specialty coffees (???). Other competitors cruise lines include these. The basic Internet package is extremely too expensive and a 6pk of bottle water is outrageous. Other then the above, the Cruise was very nice. Would definitely Cruise Norwegian again!

Fun time with good friends. The Pearl was nice and the crew were really great. We tipped everyone extra for daily services as they all were wonderful and really helped the trip be even more fun. Also, we had "the package" which meant no charge for alcoholic drinks, if you like to have a drink or 2 this is a nice perk.

Fantastic experience! Excellent shows, entertainment, crew, activities, and food! I would definitely recommend this cruise!

It was a pretty good cruise. Weather was cool all week. A group called Grown and Sexy was on the cruise. It was a large number of people that had several private party's in various clubs. Ship didn't leave New Orleans till 6:30 due too all the luggage. But still had great time. Food was great and drinks were great.

Loved this trip and loved Norwegian Cruise line. My only suggestion to them is to offer an all in photo package. It is so hard to pick out the good photos and then to leave the others ones behind because you can only pick so many.

I did my cruise to Mexico in Janurary 2018. My first time cruising and we picked the Pearl as a good medium. Overall, had a blast, staff and cruiser a like were very nice. Stateroom: It was a belcony on the 9th floor with 2 others and myself included. Felt a little small but having a the belcony was a nice touch. They do have usb ports under the tv but not by the beds. Everything else in the room was great. The Ship: Pearl - 2800 people on board. Never felt crowed at all. Buffet was good and drinks...the drinks I couldnt complain at all! Now I did Cagney's Steakhouse on night with my brother because of the hype we were told to go to. My opinion is it was ok. 2/5 stars to give for the steak I order. The wine, Melbac was better. Entertainment was soild and enjoyed it. Casino was on the smaller end but fun. Hope this helps anyone or have questions about the Pearl, please ask!

We had the best time and ready to go again. It was relaxing and the shows were very entertaining. Our mini suite was very roomy for the 2 of us. We have already booked another Norwegian Cruise for December 2018 on the Breakaway. The various choices for dining were great so you never tired of one thing.
