We had a great trip. We used the ship as a hotel while we were in Bermuda for 3 days. Our butler was so, so but everyone else was fantastic. Ship was clean and food was fantastic. Bermuda was OK, most businesses were closed.

Everyone we delt with was fantastic. Only problem was our butler acted like we we're an inconvenience everytime we asked him to do his job.

Our room steward was all over it. He did 90% of what the butler was supposed to do as well as his own. Great guy and hard worker.

Book a suite. Basically the same perks as Haven at a lot less.
