Review summary

I will never cruise Norwegian again. Mediocre food, unfriendly staff, and not a lot of diverse entertainment (DJ in particular at the dance parties).

Horrible. We were the first ones to arrive and yet we had to wait over an hour for our room key to be printed. We received horrible customer service.

Jacuzzis and theaters. Bingo was too expensive. Spa was ridiculously expensive.

It was beautiful, however for it to be owned by Norwegian I was surprised that we had to pay out of pocket for all of our drinks and foods on the island.

I would try another NCL ship before making a decision, we have had up and downs as we!I but tried the Jewel and the Jade and we were totally happy with the cruises we have taken. Sorry you had a rough time but it happens🙄
