For the price of the cruise we really couldn’t complain. Although we weren’t overly impressed with the food, we still had a relaxing cruise and that’s what we were looking for.

Food and Dining

We had 2 specialty restaurants included with our package and as usual, we were impressed with the quality. Cagney’s serves up a great steak, and the pork loin at Le Bistro was great as well. As frequent NCL cruisers, we were disappointed by the food in the main dining rooms though. We usually brag to friends that eating in these venues was like eating in a nice restaurant. Not here. Food was mediocre at best. For the first time cruising, we actually thought the food in the buffet was better. Our old staple for breakfast, O’Sheehan’s didn’t disappoint.

For a small ship we found the shows aboard quite entertaining.

Didn’t feel like an old ship. NCL did a nice job updating her.
Cabin / Stateroom

Room was small but serviceable, typical room. The toilet was odd. It almost seemed it didn’t fit in the space. It was at an odd angle and anyone above average size might have to tuck in your knees and elbows to do your business.
Kinda like an mini resort, great pool and beach. The Ultimate Beverage Package does NOT apply here however and drinks were ridiculously expensive. C’mon, $9 for a small beer?
